I purchased the Eastwood Versa-Cut 4x4 Plasma Table with the Cut 40 as well. It's a solid machine. The ONLY time I had this problem was when I accidentally forgot to place the ground on the part. Looks identical to what you're seeing. I would double check for proper ground. I hope that helps! If it's another problem definitely pass it on so we can all learn on these new tables.
Im having trouble the 16gb thumb drive is not being read for the files ive created with the help of you tube. It says "cut file not available" once i get into the folder. Any help is apreciated, thanks
When the machine boots up press 8 disable thc everytime you boot the machine up. I was scratching my head for days trying to figure out why my torch kept dragging or pulling away from a cut. Instructions suck I 100%agree. Customer service does suck I had them on the phone telling me if I read the instructions I said yes than he proceeded to look at the manual himself trying to figure out my issue. If the company doesn’t know the issue what makes the manual better understanding for me if the company won’t even know.
i really wanted to buy their scroll compressor and the same plasma table you have there for the past 8 months but i have seen nothing but terrible reviews about customer service. good luck!
I’ve had one about 2 months now, had a bad stepper motor upon arrival found it during testing. Literally super easy to assemble, (yes the instructions suck) but that’s something they admit. I’m cutting everyday! If you still have problems try to contact me.
My Wright CNC Plasma is now 10 years old no issue, it uses Mach-3 and SheetCam, any machine that uses Mach-3 will be easy to use, Also use a good plasma like a Thermal Dynamics,
I am surprised that you are having problems. Nick over there called me back right away and got my issue (user issue) solved right away. Your probably just another grumpy old man who doesn't know how to have a conversation with someone. If anyone actually sees this comment, give it a shot. I love my table.
Any customer service rep that's worth his salt should be patient and understanding. Yes, people get grumpy when they have a problem with a machine that is new or near new, as they all should. However, factory reps need to understand that fact and deal with it in a professional manner. If they can't then they should change jobs.

Don’t let one person option make your decision. They have been great to me thus far

Sad to see . I was looking to buy one. Looks like I will not after this video.

Langmuir is the same with customer service.
Star Lab is the answer. We build them in the USA and support them from the USA.
What do you think this one vs the Langumire 4x33 inch table plasma cutter?
Hope you get it straightened out that is a lot of money for a company that abandons you for help.
2 months later, any luck??

You sound like someone that’s trying to protect the company. You probably don’t even own a plasma table
