As an Isles fan, I am a huge Romanov fan. He is also best friends with Sorokin, so I can see the Isles locking him up long term. The guy's a beast.

Could have kept Romanov to help bring along the development of the young defenseman instead of Savard.

What the heck is this take.
I would take Dach over Romanov every time.

    ACL Surgery Recovery Time
If your surgery went smoothly with no complications, and you strictly adhere to your orthopedic surgeon's rehabilitation plan, you should expect at least six months for full recovery. However, in some cases, regaining 100% functionality may take up to two years.
How explain that in English as I am french ACL have happened to me when I was 6yo, I was playing football with older kids people have piled up on my leg, I have tried to pull it from under the pile, and my tendon rip off. Heavy pain at the moment and 5 minutes later I was jumping around like nothing happens, but the next morning the pain was terrible, I could put weight on my leg at all....... here I Am 40 years later I can say that I still feel my left leg is not the same as My right one... I don't feel pain, but I still feel inconfort, .... it like an electric cable that was fixed with electric tape the electricity don't circle the same at the knee level if I compare with my right leg

Bad take. The Habs would do the Romanov trade again if they could.

Next year with demidov it would give him a Russian pal and help adjust to a whole new culture, life, style of play. having a dude from the same place as you helps a lot especially when we talk about Russians. We lost that trade big time

@@lordfarqaad3031Demidov is a very outgoing guy who was already learning how to speak English. He’s not going to need another Russian around. We have a lot of defence men coming up. I think Dach can still pan out for us.
