Sending my condolences on your loss love! Wow literally it's almost like looking in the mirror girly the way I can say I RELATE 100% . I feel that pain and trauma all too well, and when you said you felt like he made you feel like you were lying even though you were being sincere and honest. Currently going through the same but with my mom but I'm not even bitter because I wholeheartedly believe when God says, in Psalm 27:10 "Even if my father and mother abandon me, the LORD will hold me close." I put my faith in Jesus and not in family, people disappoint but God always comes through for me and has held me close and provided time and time again. You are not alone love, thank you for sharing your story and I hope this reaches many people to see how there's always a way out of any type of abuse especially from "family" and the makeup look is so simple yet gorgeous❤❤

U lost your mom and your dad lost his wife, so thats 2 people trying their best to cope with their new reality, and its always tough in the beginning. Sorry for your loss.

it's hard to believe that your own parent would disappoint you or cross that line, but it does take 2 and besides I think it was a misunderstanding that I hope you don't just walk away from because you only get one and I know you heard that all before but one day it'll really catch on. I don't think you're in the wrong at all for leaving you were a young woman it was just a matter of time, but when you said " I look at my friends parents" You shouldn't compare your family to others because honestly it'll stress you out not everyone's family is perfect trust me sometimes it take a while even years to have that deep understanding, but you always supposed to work on it. All I'm saying is what happened is what happened you said what you said he said what he said leave it where it is, that doesn't mean you necessarily have to cut him off unless it's necessary. He is your only dad bro.🤍
