This is a non-highway test in the rain down a backroad.

Just bought one and on dry Highway the road noise is like being in a jet. I just have to turn up the radio. But you would think the cancellation system would be tuned to the tires but it is not.
Tim Bacchus mine turns up the radio when I exhilarate and then turns back down when the speed levels out.
But Accord is the best car for the money nothing in this class comes close to it.and ive driven all kia k5,sonata,camry,mazda6
Because its a huge size car and weighs like a small sedan. Gives it a huge benefit in handling and driving enjoyment but Thats why theres a bit more noticeable road noise equivalent sized Mercedes almost weighs 2 tons with all the extra material that makes it sound proof and gives that quality feel.
Too much tyre and road noise.
That's not too bad though if you hit a big pothole it does kind of hit hard because of the low profiles I have the sport with the 19 Wheels
I've noticed that with the 19s you get some road noise/grinding, even feel it a lil in the pedals especially at low speeds but it's a minor issue in an otherwise superb car.
roger williams i thought it was only me lol. I own a 1.5 sport and the grinding had me thinking i was hearing things but it can be quite annoying if you focus on it but otherwise a great car
I own a 2018 2.0L Accord and will trade for a quieter vehicle. This car is so loud you can not hear the radio. Terrible overall ride quality. Just to vent it seems to me Honda has really dropped in quality. That comment is based on my CRV and this Accord.
I rented a 2019 sport 19 inch tires with wide 235 40 low pro tires
Big tires and rims make big noise
Do the windshield wipers turn on and adjust automatically?
Hello Brandon, They do not come on by themselves, but they do however adjust speed based on the rainfall. There are sensors within the window that monitor this and adjust as needed.
they turn on automatically on the touring trim only
MY 2018 Accord has them and they work great.
