I started a job as a waitress. In the door way to the kitchen someone spilled 5 gallons of salad dressing. They rinsed off the mat at the entrance and put it back. We were real busy and as I went through the door I slipped on the mat. Just a week before I had to fight to get on the books, needed pay stubs to prove employment for renting a place. Thank goodness I did because if not I wouldn't have any protection on the job. They kept telling me go to any doctor and they would pay the bill. Dr after Dr refused and in glad. Finally one said this should be under workman's comp. I was clueless. Took months and months surgery 2 times on knee . Neck injury, back , and both knees. Same thing, go to a bunch of their Drs. Most wanted to be paid upfront, neurologist, orthopedic, physical therapy. finally someone told me to get a lawyer. They would follow me takin😢g pic and crap. It was freaking crazy being followed. It took years but did sue them. It's now 23 years later and still suffer from pain. It also affected my kids life, couldn't work as a waitress, couldn't sit for any length of time or stand long. Still that way. It pretty much sucked the life out of me. My kids suffered financially and other way because I couldn't move a lot. I'm saying a little prayer for you Sir. I understand and am so sorry that this happened to you. Just remember that your wife and kids will love you no matter what 💕💖 Now go sue the crap out of them! If you need reasons to do it, look up the CEO pay!

This is why I am a progressive because this happened to me too. We need to end Corporate Personhood, and everyone should have medical care. Your insurance being tied to your ability to work is unacceptable. Then if you get injured at work, get sick, lose your job because of a pandemic, you now have no insurance. 99% of companies do not obey FMLA, or The Americans With Disabilities Act. I am 100% disabled after 30 years of employment, it took 7 years to get the feds to give me my Social Security benefits and then still they wouldnt retroactively give me my money they owed me, because I paid into the insurance for 30 years. Instead of 7 years of back pay they said I could only get 1 year or else I would have to appeal and start the whole process over again only after 7 years of waiting I had become homeless. I am married and we had children but we had used up life savings, we had used up our credit to try and survive. The system only supports the rich and extremely rich. Anyone who is just barely making it, the system crushes.

Think how much money these companies would save, and good will they would garner, if they fired all those high-profile lawyers, and paid for those who actually get hurt on the job!!
I know there are nightmare stories of people ripping off workers comp and other disability insurances, but how hard can it be to check with drs to see if someone is actually injured?
How can they work these people into the ground and when they're injured, because of a work accident, they're thrown to the curb! I don't know how they can sleep at night! May they become so racked with guilt, for the way they've treated devoted employees, they can't sleep or enjoy anything, until they fix this and ask for forgiveness!

As an former employee of a MAJOR CLAIMS COMPANY, I can write, that they are telling the truth. While doing intake and processing claims for incidents like workers being injured, it is typically protocol for an injured employee to be directed to an hospital or urgent care that is contracted with the company. Also, I have seen so many disgusting, emotionless internal emails from companies like this, where they either don't care about the employee or the incident or make tasteless jokes! I have seen where claims are being passed around like a shell game. Funneled from one insurance company to another and then another and another. Its a mess.

a wicked generation will asks for signs but the only sign I will give them is the sign of Jonah.
I'll just explain the story to you.
Jonah was a prophet that liked to do his own thing, Jonah was the type of person that God would tell him go do this and Jonah did his own thing.
So Jonah one day was told to deliver a message to a certain area where people were and tell them to repent but Jonah didn't do it, he went on a boat with some other men, God sent a storm and Jonah had upset God and told the other men, the other men threw him over the boat, Jonah was gonna drown.
But God sent a whale that kept Jonah safe.
I don't remember Jonahs exact words but he told God please let me out, forgive me I will deliver the message. And the whale spit him out after this.
And recently a man was in the mouth of a whale and got spit out.
Whales eat there food once they have there food in there mouth but this time it did not.

Big Corporations like the devil's nectar - Pepsi Cola, and their underling Frito Lay, - are in truth, psychopathic entities. They do not care for anything but the CEOs bottom line and bonus perks. Poor Brandon and people like him are just slaves. That is all. Slaves. This is why I no longer buy ANY soda, ANY Pepsi or Coke products, NO Frito Lay - NOTHING!!! I will double down now especially because of what they did to Brandon and his sweet family. May God bring Pepsi to nothing, bankrupt them to nothing, with the CEOs having empty bank accounts and being physically disabled, themselves, so they will know how it feels to be their victim, Brandon, whom they should have cherished and helped. God is not mocked and has always warned people against abusing or taking advantage of others. Those that don't care will have to answer to God, the Final Judge, when it is most inconvenient for them. Pepsi is EVIL. Period. End of discussion. My heart and thoughts and prayers go to Brandon Ingram and his precious family who deserve so much better. I hope they win every single penny and more that they deserve. Pepsi had absolutely NO right to spy on them or breach their privacy. Such EVIL - EVIL PSYCHOPATHS!!!
