That's so interesting! Haven't been to the movies in so long but we might need to try this as we are both having hearing issues. Bene is such a good boy ^^
It is so helpful! I used to miss out on big parts of the movie and now I know more of what is going on than most people bc I don’t miss any words or things are described that make more sense when captioned. I think everything should be captioned as a standard, but that is just me.
So question now that you brought it up what’s the signal for him to say hey mom I have to go to the bathroom but like when you’re in a public place and obviously he can’t be loud like what do you do what does he do rather?
I’m pretty good at anticipating when Bene needs to use the restroom. We have a routine. He goes before we go anywhere and right after we come home. Usually if I need to use the restroom, he does too. I know I said in the video he would let me know, but the truth is he never has had to let me know - not since Team Training. In team training, he would refuse to task, refuse to lay down when he had to go to the bathroom. I can read Bene pretty well since we’ve been together for so long 24/7. If he is acting differently, to me it means he needs something and I problem solve what that is. The short answer to your question is he doesn’t have a way to ask me. But we haven’t needed him to request it.

Wow so every movie theater has one of these that’s so cool I’m definitely gonna have to ask for it I haven’t been to a movie and God knows how long actually you know what it was it was the Aladdin movie I believe that was in like 2019 but we saw the new Aladdin movie
Movie theaters should have multiple devices. I’m not sure how many they are required to have, but the ones I’ve been to have several. Wow it’s been a long time since you’ve been to a movie!

It hass been a while since i gone to a movie theater. As i had a few big panic attacks the last times i did go.
This thursday i have a meeting about getting a service dog. Chance iz low but i must try.

I’m not a big fan of Avatar, but my parents wanted to see it. I enjoyed it but it was WAY too long for me. 3 hours! I’m sorry the movie theater triggered panic attacks for you. That is really tough. Did you find out about possibly getting a service dog?

The talk with the municipality consultant went well but she needed an other appointment to get everything clear. So this thursday she comes in again.
Then i need to be screened by a docktor. So it still takes a while. Ill keep you updated on how it goes. 😉🤞❤️
