Hi ahmed bro, I cannot understand ur message clearly. If u mix yeast in water, use all within the same day for good result. For next time, u prepare fresh/new yeast mixture.

Is the yeast ½ tablespoon or ½ teaspoon. In previous video u said ½ teaspoon

Apologizing for any confusion caused bro. Half teaspoon of yeast is more than enough while starting the culture and we can gradually increase the quantity depending on the increase in count of moina/daphnia
