This video will bring world peace!
Taryl Taryl Taryl, I found Hamm's Beer here in Pittsburgh. 30 Pack to boot! With tax it came out to 57 cents a can. How can you beat that! Great stuff and loved the tour of the vintage mini bike show.
John
used to be $1.06 for a six pack! The 06 was the tax!
You can see you guys are having a lot of fun making these videos
Perfect way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon. watching Taryl and Co having fun at the vintage mini bike show, thanks guys.
Thank you Dennis and Coleen for helping out all the grass rats!!
Boy, this hits me in the feels. I remember riding around the neighborhood with my friend Stephen who had two Honda Mini Trails. When we weren't riding those we each had 10 speed mountain bikes for more off road adventures. Always wanted something a bit more "adult" but no joy. I see Cushmans, Bultacos, Rupps, Hondas, Huffys, Suzukis, all in the mix. And isn't EVERYONE a Taryl fan?
These vintage show videos are the best!
Thank you
So much fun . I definitely ned to come to whatever is next. I am building a Morgan from sceratch and I have a friend who also built one who lives in Ohio...We need to come out...
It was a great meet again this year. Best part was being parked two spaces east of Taryl & crew.
Taryl mini-bike gang scares me more than the hell angel's.
Great job John. You rock your videos for sure. Thanks for the shout out. Looking forward to the Vamm23 videos. Ride safe brother.
We won one of those Hustler mini bikes in a drawing in about 1973. We rode the dickens out of that Techumish 3 hp but never killed it. One of my friends had the silver XR75. I miss those days.
Another classic Portland video 👍
That was a nice toy haul with the tonka's in the Hot Wheels nice score Sesame Street
Good morning everyone
You're never too old to have fun . Minibikes are a blast and make you feel young again .👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Doc is a professional. Grateful for doc👍
Great video. Parents gave us kids a Rupp mini bike for Christmas 1965. wish i still had it.
Cool stuff guys!
Real sign men never die. Their work lives on. There's YOUR dinner. Awesome fellas. I appreciate y'all. Haven't grinned so much in a while.
Only mini bikes can bring world peace !
Awesome, thanks Taryl!
Great show! Looks like you guys had a lot of fun!
It’s all fun and games until the throttle cable sticks. Lived it.
Had my throttle cable break on a ride this year. Had to be towed back by another bike.
Awesome video
Love the Hamms shirt!
I had a green Sting Ray like that with the slick on the back but mine was 3 speed. My older brother had a silver 5 speed with fenders and treaded rear tire. Neither lasted more than 5 years the way we hammered on bikes. Driving off picnic tables and ramp jumps, they never had a chance.
I need to make a trip up there! It looked you guys had a great time! Thanks for sharing!
Yep, Fun!
Love the content you share, Thank you. You entertain while you teach, great combination.
I always forget about these shows. I saw your video about Winimac this weekend. Thanks for posting it!

Another fine video! Hi to Dennis, I'm a ham radio op as well! 73 Dennis!
Thanks for the dinner always nice having dinner with you guys
That place is so fun with the great old time toys I am sad I missed it this year
Nice cool stuff, some real ingenuity, Theirs your dinner.
That Shwinn green is pretty sweet Junior!
It looks awfully thin there these days. 20 years ago it was packed like New York city, but any motorbike show is worth the drive.Have you ever done the spring engine swap in May? Portland was the center of my universe at one time
Sadly like a lot of things (DIY electronics repair, HAM radio, high-end audio, etc. etc.) the younger generation really isn't picking up on so many hands-on hobbies. They would rather sit anywhere (I think even in jail they would be OK, so long as the wifi signal was strong) and start at their phone.
Slippers, my little sis had that same Seaame Street set. You’ve taken me back about 40 or so years.
Really awesome stuff. I love older mini bikes. Wish I had one.
So glad I got to meet yall taryl enjoy that little engine I would love to see and hear it running again had the funniest day ever
I owned one of those 5 speed stingray schwinns when I was a boy in 67 or 68 mine was gold in color but someone stole it. I thought it was the coolest, I cried like a baby. Its still a good memory tho.
01:38 I had that exact Bike, Head Light and all...
Great video, as always...
I can't get over how Doc looks so much like Me (Unknown Twin ?) My hair is shorter and I now have a full beard.
Thanks Guys...
that Doc Neon sure nows his stuff!
Keep it up Taryl, you guys rock!
As always, enjoy your channel like ethanol free gasoline!
Nothing was free. He earned it from his years of service as a small gas engine mechanic. Along with his successful RUclips channel!
Those are some nice giveaways you guys had that was really kind of you guys
What a great time with everyone! Had a few Hamms great conversations enjoyed every minute of the whole experience in Portland.
A must do event!
What an awesome show!
Taryll will have enough parts to build his own mini bike before the end of the day
Really appreciate your channel Taryl & Co. Good to see you kickin back and enjoying your summer. You got me thinking right on a few different machines of mine lately and I wanted to say thank you, you are a great group of people!

Not only are you a fantastic mechanic your also hilarious. I always love the skits with wholy Buckets. I'd love to see you two do a video together. Thank you again for all you do
We just subscribed to Buckets Garage !!! We liked seeing him in Taryls videos ! We think he is definitely going to be another great You Tube channel to watch and learn from .
This episode made me cry believe it or not
June Bug is a classic example of "blow drier gone wrong". What a head of hair that young dude has got. And...what the heck is Ronnie doing out of the slammer. I thought he got 6 months-
Very cool guys 😊 I enjoyed the video nice job 👍
Nice schwinn 5 speed. The Ole nutcracker shifter!!
Looks like it was a great event! The stuff couldn't go to a better place! If you were local to Maine I would be honored to work with you.
Hope you like Phil Bradley

Luv mini bikes, cool vid guys
What a coincidence Taryl is also a Hamms operaor.
I had one of those.amongst all of my odd finds.
grouse stuff there Taryl mate love it and cheers from Australia 🐨🐑🦘🌴🌏🇦🇺 or the land down under to your area and yep everything there looks awesome and of course i wish i could be there personally but yeah that would be a long trip to from the area i live in regional Victoria Australia but yeah who knows maybe you could almost host one here as a one day option too if you had the time and dough plus flights etc and that would be a sweet idea too as we have a thing called Ironhead Motorcycles and Chopper types and even Pock rocket motorcycles too as we call them but yeah always good to ride around on i say when you feel the engine power on those goodies and the goodies you got in the end too smashing bargains too and lots of people are gonna be impressed for sure and the Stihl Backpack leaf blower awesome score and that should do up well too etc.
Just a good old boys never mind no harm. Been in trouble with the law since the day they was born.🎸🥁🇺🇸
Attention Kmart shoppers we have a blue light special in the sporting goods on a sweet mini bike and don't forget to stop by the deli on your way out and get one of our delicious refreshing Frozen Cokes and the submarine sandwich corn dogs for the kids😂 I miss Kmart's😅
How fun man this is where it all began mini bikes
Bryan Fox is my Uncle, and what he doesnt know is the grandkids beat the snot out of that Huffy growing up lol! (Okay he probably does lol) One night the throttle cable popped out of the grip, and one of my friends very astutely decided it would be smart to tie the throttle to a belt loop in his pants! Well We had another minibike, and two gokarts. So all of us are ripping around, and I cut that Huffy off if memory serves and he fell off trying to avoid me! Remember where the throttle cable was tied off too? Well Grandpa probably wasnt pleased that there was some bald spots in the gravel driveway where Ole Rob was laying on the ground trying to get up while a Huffy spun around him with the throttle WIDE OPEN in a circle on its side! Its a wonder its in half as good condition as it is!!
After remembering more from that day, I think he had to slide to the back of the seat to get the throttle wide open. And so he was in a precarious position, I didnt see him and when he got cut off he ended up falling off the back of that big flat seat and once that happened the chase was on LOL!
Fun.
We just subscribed to doc neons channel . Who doesn’t love those neon signs ! Loved the ones I saw in Vegas .Definitely is eye candy for me …..neon all lit up
Hey those knives. You, Slippers and elk skins should draw straws for them.
The Kmart blue light special
Hey Taryl really enjoy your videos I find them very useful I'm a homesteader and need all the help I can get to cut costs.
My question is I have a Briggs and Stratton 23 hp engine that the drive belt pulley is seized on the shaft the electric PTO pulley came off pretty easy and by looking at the drive pulley it looks as though someone had tried to remove it before I purchased it I've watched your video on heat quinch and that may be my answer but the pulley is right up against the bottom of the engine will I destroy the bottom of the engine heat quinching it or is there another way to remove it I do have an oxygen and acetylene torch and I've used the heat method for other fix's but not that close to aluminum.
Hello Taryl and everyone
The most there's your dinner ever.
@21:00 in the video. Buckets Garage said he was from Chardon Ohio..ha ha .I grew up in Newbury Ohio about 15 miles away from Chardon..Moved to Tampa Bay Fl back in 1982 😊
Did y’all see the girl riding the bicycle with the steering wheel?? I had one when I was a kid in the early 70s so cool

I'm 56 and still have my older brothers hand me down late 60's Schwinn Stingray...was originally purple with the white shooting stars...someday ill fix it and ride onemore time...
That fat fuel tank would be cool on a fat mini bike
