Until now I couldn't play the 4:44 part it is difficult .. but i dont think this peace could be played in the church or in a cafeteria ... i guess it is obvious why they asked you to leave the place ... bcuz chopin pieces should be played on the stage with people who really know classical music and like chopin's music !!
I don't necessarily agree, it is hard because it goes for a few bars, but for me at least the voicing part in the beginning of the doppio movimento is the hardest because you gotta play pianissimo after all those octaves and its really hard to balance the chords in an even way while playing pianissimo and voicing a melody that has to sound singing
I can relate with you. I would say that the second movement is more difficult to play than the famous third movement, because the chords that are very complicated, and the third movement that only have three notes on his chords that also repeats 3 or 4 times. Another reason because the third movement is less complicated to learn is because it feels more emotional and powerful and it makes you want to practice more than every other piece.
Sir, I am a 56 year old man, with very little talent. I want, so badly, to play this piece before I die. What method books, strategies could you please recommend that I pursue to be able to play at 5% as you? You sound remarkable!!
Hey man! It's hard to generalize the best methods, since everyone learns in different ways. Only thing I can say is to start in small steps, and enjoy every step of the way. Even though it's always great to be able to play a piece after learning it for a while, but to me, making steady progress is a lot more satisfying and that's where I get my enjoyment from. This piece has very defined sections, so you should just start from the beginning. Listen carefully to what you're playing, listen back to recordings (even phone recordings) can help you look at your interpretation from a different perspective. It's all about exploring what you like and what you'd like to do differently. Best of luck!
Learning the notes is usually the fastest process and for this piece took me about two weeks. But usually, when listening to my own playing, I notice I'm still indecisive about how I want certain parts to sound like. Working on that definitely takes a lot of time for me. I think in total I spent about a month to get it to the level I played in the video.
Hi; you are tackling poss the greatest of the Nocturnes. Once you 'have the notes' it is only then you can start on the piece. 'Indecisive' is just flexing the muscles as you discover it. You are listening to and seeking the heart of the work. It's immense. And there are many different and fine interpretations. Rubinstein of course and Arrau for example. I quite like to hear someone go for the Doppio as Chopin meant it to be. That confronts the music - and puts the music in charge. If - if you set Chopin loose on this - I think you get it. I have seen Jan Lisieki do this - and it's a blast. As is much of his stuff. Look for it. Good luck with your journey. @@joris1992
@@brenolessa611 before I leave that comment, I did it but I thought its not right to change it. so its not wrong to arpeggiate, when you can't reach the note. right?
@@aidabrown7746 the middle section of this nocturne got particularly wide chords in the left hand. In every recording I heard of this piece, those chords are arpeggiated. Of course you can if you can't reach it!
*_Thank You Very Much!🤝🏻🖤👍🏻_*
*_From Azerbaijan...🇦🇿🖤🙂_*
Its very cool. this piece is very filled with emotions, I really liked it. not everyone can play it like that, not everyone understands it.
Third half of this gets me teary eyed every time and idk why.
One of the best interpretation I’ve heard this far !!! Bravo !!
I played this nocturne in a cafe and they kicked me out. I don't understand why they did it although this is a good piece to play in public
Why did they do it ?
Neaderthals
The doppio movimento section is too hard to me.... I cant play it beautifully
Too loud probably.

4:44 - 4:52 i can confirm this is the hardest part, you gotta put all those chords correctly while do some polyrhythm action with your left hand
I swear I've seen that same comment somewhere.
taken me around 2 weeks of practice to finally get this polyrhythm down

@@santiagocaldeira7555 100% agree with you. maintaining the piannismo through the doppio part and maintaining the voicing is incredibly hard.
I'm in love with this Piece 👌
this is finally the first video i can with the hands in full motion! thank you :) i loved it
Dude, that was nice!
Crazy... it's like a knitting a wool and the melody is stuck between 60 threads all playing at the same time. Man this guy is something. His music 💔
Very nice interpretation my friend. Keep posting more music. 👍🏼👍🏼!!!
What an amazing interpretation! Im working on this piece right now.
You play this so beautifully, I hope I can learn to play this with the fluid movements you have.
the best rendition imo
Wow this is actually a really beautiful interpretation! Amazing work.
beautiful : )
Wow how do you play the doppio moviment so seemingly effortless and relaxed?
Also, is that a 7:3 polyrhythm at 4:25??
O timbre do piano é otimo! Excelente interpretação!
Stunning! I love this piece and i'm fighting with the second movement and its chords😅

Nice interpretation, but you don't play some notes, especially with chords in right hand :o
Yeah, this sounds really good, but the chords in the last section (doppio movimento) are mostly played as single notes.
@Farid Antonio Saavedra Anota No it's not. Do you play? See the sheet.
It should be like this: ruclips.net/video/yJf2oi9pQ4g/видео.html
I like just fine, way to go!

Amazing !!! 👏🏻
Fabulous 👏👏👏👏👏!!
Great hands
Good interpretation but the first half should be slower imo
very nice!
bravo
When did you start learning piano?
When I was about 15 years old, some 12 years ago

for me 2 pages are taking about 4 days to master :)
