I dont think ISM Dhanbad, BHU Varanasi, IIT Hyderabad is good for Civil Engineers. There is one course like MTech in Computer Aided Structural Engg at IIIT Hyderabad where they will teach Phython, C, C++ for Structural Engineers and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for structural Engineer with this you can look for job in Autodesk, Bently, CSI and other Structural Engineering software companies.
