    According to Koichi Tohei sensei (10th Dan), he copied 30% of his techniques from O'sensei. The remaining 70% of Aikido techniques was modified by Tohei.

    After throwing uke onto his back, you can stomp on his head or throat and then run away! This is excellent for the street! The pins and grappling (groundwork) is mainly for the ring in MMA! Sometimes, policemen can use this pins to restrain and arrrest a suspect.
