Steak from frozen to cooked 1. Using about the same size steaks-Salt and brown all sides on high in a pan while still frozen solid- no need to defrost 2. Extra Season with whatever you want or don’t at all and Then preheat oven to 275 and bake for 45 min - 130-140 medium rare is what I go with 😊 like everything though lol gauge it every so often if you walk away from it. Honestly deliciously moist and tastes amazing. You may laugh but don’t knock it till you’ve tried it.
Never underestimate the effect the cookware has on the endresult of any cooking. I used to cook with a multitude of pans; ceramic, teflon, cast iron and cheap stainless. But man, after I got myself a quality Demeyere stainless pan, food became 100% better and easyer to make. Will recommend.

honestly, Misens cookware looks amazing. the website is super user friendly and they have both a US and an EU shop for us european fellas. from what i can tell, the knifes as well as pots and pans are all quality products and the price is amazing. definitely something to keep in mind when i move out
