I tried to open a restaurant selling steaks cooked in rocket oil but it never took off.
You gotta cook the restaurant in rocket oil if you want it to take off, not the steak. Otherwise you'll end up with no steaks to serve

Actually though it is a common misconception, tardigrade oil has a very high smoke point.

Yes, but due to the immense cost and inconvenience of needing to produce 200,000,000,000 tardigrades to access 1 millilitre of oil - plus the inevitable "save the water bears" protests blocking the factory gates, it's just not practical. Pity that.

The issues with smoke points of those other oils (at least olive oil) is another myth. Adam Ragusea did a whole video on it and why olive oil is apparently the best oil to use at these higher heats
