The Principles of Public Administration, 2023 edition

The Principles of Public Administration set standards that define good public administration. They are the result of a collaboration process between the OECD and the EU, supported by the SIGMA Programme. The first edition of the Principles of Public Administration was published in 2014. This revised edition updates the framework in line with the most recent standards and practices in the EU, OECD and other international organisations.
