A Short Manticore Test and Nugget Hunt

- Well, today I took the Minelab Manticore out for a short desert test run and the results were surprising in the highly mineralized soils of the San Domingo Placers. I should be getting some more videos up now since things are mellowing out on the homefront finally. I went out with my friend Paul on this trip so I could help him out a bit with his Equinox 800 in the goldfields. It was a fun trip! Seems no matter how hard a place has been hit or hunted out, there is always still something in the ground for the next person to find. I speak from experience as well. Sometimes a nice rain is all it takes and go slower or approaching in a different way. Nice video and nice little piece of gold you found. Thanks for sharing.

Every time I see a video on the 6000 I’m still amazed at its recovery capabilities that machine is unreal congrats to the customer that found that 8 grammer wow 🤩 that would be crazy. Hi Bill, is the Manticore similar to the Equinox 800? I have the 800 along with the Gold monster and the GPX6000. Haven't been able to get out there and use the 6000 due to my wife's cancer. Its been almost a year now not being able to get out and at 75, kind of worried that I might not be able to kneel or bend down to dig the target but hopefully I can. You take care Bill... Dave...
