Z-Man EZ TubeZ - Flasher Mod

In this mid-September 2023 excursion, a modified Z-Man EZ TubeZ worked great for early fall transition bass. EZ Tubes are 4" long and come in six great colors. They are really good straight from the package; the "Flasher" Mod adds a slice of orange ElaZtech in the tentacles to trigger strikes.
The fish were generally congregated near brush, laydowns and boulders. Texas rigged with a 3/0 Gamakatsu EWG hook and 1/8 oz bullet weight, a lift, glide-drop and scoot retrieve across the bottom maximized the attraction of the bouyant, craw imitating tube.
