There are plenty of posts on different websites that discuss the changes to cabin crew conditions. You just have to search on google instead of relying on RUclips to give you the answers.
Do you maybe know if emerates did something similar?cause all the info i get about back to back flights no rest ect come from 2 years ago.is it diffrent now?

To be fair, I think the no uniform on social media rule is actually a good rule. In this day and age having some control over their image and avoiding mass consumption of something they want to keep exclusive is difficult. It prevents people from using the uniform to gain clout in my opinion.

Hi Alex, thanks for your video. I'm following you since a while, and did applied for Middle Eastern airlines in the past, without being selected since 2022. Not long time ago I joined to ship industry and my cv more stronger than before. U think I would have better chance to be selected or having an advantage (ex: crew visas, safety, etc) for an interview. Regards, a follower.

Alex the big question here is ; what are your thoughts about the future on etihad ? The company it’s aiming to grow on A321 Neo and XLR thst is translated into not that attractive fleet for the crew , more discomfort while traveling for crew and passengers , do you like the future ?

Qatars recruiters are the most unpredictable ones. Dont know what they exactly look for. I have seen many worthy candidates getting rejected in 1st round itself. People from India will agree with me

Akbah al Backah was a nightmare and a an abusive individual - He didnt look outside his own back garden - he has a nasty outlook and he was always putting fear into female or male crew members - im glad he has gone -

As Long As they don't allow Beard for Male like Etihad and Saudi Arabia... i am not applying. Even Emirates... it is super shame they dont allow Beard for Male... also Air Arabia Low cost .... but still strict... Males in Middle East are really treated bad.
I had a feeling they will want to change the uniform and it's definitely time, but I hope they still keep the burgundy color as dominant and keep the oryx logo on the hat

I just hope that he reinstates the cabin crew that got fired after Josh Cahill's video. That was TOO MUCH.

@@gilbertsimbamudzingwa8399 : RUclipsr Josh Cahill evaluated a Qatar flight where he noted that their performance could be improved. Qatar pressured him to remove his evaluation and when he refused, they fired all flight attendants on that plane and banned Josh Cahill from flying Qatar.

Qatar Airways doesn't attract me anymore, I wanted to work there as a cabin crew but after these new changes I don't want to. I liked it before with the old CEO and the restrictions. This is horrible!

At the end of the day, they should care about the mental health of cabin crew. Unfortunately, many leaders lack diplomacy, negotiation, and open-mindedness, and they fail to prioritize mental health. Being overly strict is not ideal, and we don't live in a dictatorship; history has shown that such policies never end well.
Also we are all human beings and kindness is a language of respect 🫡
