Bought mine at 20 years old and have put 10k miles on it (at 130k now) and it has been great! Only had to do motor mounts and maintenance. Hoping none of the big issues like cams and adjusters go wrong. I do need to replace the panoramic sunroof motor which I am in no rush to do lol.

Enjoy it, friend 🤝 Keep up with maintenance and hopefully cams will be fine.

I've been wanting to get one but I can't decide which to get either an e55 or e63 I love the body design of the e63 ik it's similar but e63 looks nicer in my opinion a tab bit more sharper. But I've heard e55 are more reliable and easier to modify than the e63

I had the same dilemma. Reasons to choose E63:
      - more refined in all means: from transmission to engine to overall smoothness.
      - one of the best AMG engines ever built from the AMG specialists from ground up (not based on a MB engine).
      - high revving naturally aspirated beast that accelerates like an electric car.
      - folding rear seats aka increased practicality.
      Cons:
      - the engine requires care and attention. Isn’t as reliable as m113k in E55 but isn’t as bad as E55 owners aka haters make it sound, LOL
      - expensive to tune for higher performance.
      Reasons to get E55
      - reliable power train
      - easy to tune
      - german muscle car (spins tires all day long)
      Cons
      - doesn’t look as good as E63 in and out
      - slower transmission
      - very hard to find stock (not tuned) ones in good condition without 35 previous owners.

Great video. I have been lucky with my E63, so far, I have not had to spend a lot of money and it has 139,187 mi. I have to change the engine bolts. Greetings

Do malfunctions abound if Supercharger is installed In M156 engine, please reply

Not if done properly by knowledgeable shops using reputable brands. If tuned too aggressively, it may need upgrades to the transmission and engine internals.

E55 has a different engine, though. The M113K - it has slightly less horsepower and slightly more torque, but is apparently fairly reliable overall as far as performance engines go, unlike the 6.2l engine which was later used in the E63 and other AMG cars. It is important to note this difference.

Each engines have their own strengths and weaknesses but the tips I shared generally applies to all. And I think I was specific in the beginning that I was speaking about m156. Cheers 😎👍

@@AccentOnCars of course you did specify which engine you were talking about. I just wanted to add this because I didnt catch whether or not you said these cars have different engines, but the title includes the e55 too.

You spent$600 on alignment? I got mine done for$90. Your getting ripped off at the shops and dealerships.

Wow! What car do you drive? Also, I noticed online OEM sellers are more affordable than walking into the dealership.

@@AccentOnCars really enjoyed watching through your videos by the way - great reviews, a lot of information - and you clearly like Mercedes. I'm ocd about mine - like you!
      I got mine last year - it a 2018 w213 e400 - and I'm loving it
Everything is great on the car - 70K miles - it is just the shocks - and it's Airmatic
$2000 each - imagine? Actually more because of the exchange rates
When I got the bill I had to sit down.
I'm slowly getting used to it - I'll do the back first then the front - but it is painful

Thanks man 🤝 Glad you liked them. As for the parts, I buy them from FCPEuro. Check them out. And it’s better to find a knowledgeable independent mechanic than going to the dealer.
