Hello i have a question, well more of a request can you make a video on how to replace the cpu for this computer, my computer has a CPU failure and i dont know what to do with it, the warranty for my computer expired.
Awesome Video ! May I ask how do you recognize the NVIDIA Adapter ?
you can replace or upgrade the cpu?
No you cannot, they are built onto the motherboard.
Does the motherboard support the m.2. slot. I am planing to upgrade my storage to an SSD. More specifically to the 850 EVO M.2 SATA III SSD
No, I'm pretty sure it doesn't support M.2 drives.
I got my laptop's (Inspiron 7537) motherboard replaced from Dell and have been performing graphics issues since then.. gaming graphics score has dropped to 4.0 , i have updated the chipset and graphic drivers. Can you possibly help me? I'll really be thankful
Can u add the video card in later
No, the video card is built onto the motherboard and cannot be replaced.
I have the Inspiron 15 7537 i7 full hd 8gb ram with integrated intel hd 4400 graphics, would I be able to replace my current motherboard with nvidia 750m graphics motherboard?
Yes you can, but you will have to get the nvidia heatsink also.
A game I play says that the recommended requirements are ATI or Nvidia graphics card with 1GB video ram or better (Nvidia GeForce GTX 560+ or ATI Radeon 6950+) & then a Quad-core Intel or AMD CPU.
Currently I have a GeForce GT 750M and an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHz.
Is there any way I can upgrade or would I have to buy a new computer/just use it as it is now?
Unfortunately this laptop only comes with either the Intel HD 4400 GPU or the nVidia 750M and they are both built onto the motherboard. If you needed a different GPU, you would have to get a different laptop.
Parts-People.Com, Inc Thanks so much! I I think the root of the problem is actually with my wifi, because when I moved my laptop next to the base station as a test, the game ran smoothly. I think I might upgrade from this (www.amazon.com/Apple-AirPort-Extreme-Station-MA073LL/dp/B000MP831G/ref=sr_1_3?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1465524736&sr=1-3&keywords=airport+extreme) to this (www.amazon.com/Apple-AirPort-Extreme-Station-ME918LL/dp/B00DB9WCR6/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1465524736&sr=1-1&keywords=airport+extreme) and buy a USB antenna adapter like this (www.amazon.com/Glam-Hobby-802-11ac-Wireless-10-6-10-11/dp/B018TX8IDA/ref=sr_1_19?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1465524864&sr=1-19&keywords=wi-fi). The office I work in is across the house from the main base station but we have an AirPort Express in my office in order to relay the signal. Do you think that would help or any other advice? Maybe replace the Intel N 7260 with an AC WiFi card if I get the new AC wifi?
This is totally unrelated to your comment. But I have this laptop with a 4500u, and the 750m. I found the board on your website for about $300. is the added price due to the 750m?
It was a great video but incomplete. You didn't show how to disconnect the touchpad's clable, power button's cable and hdd light's cable from the motherboard.
You can see those 3 cables being unplugged at 4:40
