It depends on the job role. If it is about meeting with corporate client such as sales or hospitality sector then suit is must. If it is about IT or any in house job then suit is not mandatory.

It depends on the company. Mostly they can do it online. If any company ask for in person interview then search the credibility of the company then come here on visit visa.

If you have very strong profile and CV, they will do some online interviews via zoom. If they are interested, they will send you the visa and in some cases ticket too. It is a normal thing for employers here. Mostly IT people get online jobs because they can do test online and ask technical things through zoom.

Grammar rules sirf hamaray countries mein hi chaltay hain, basic job k liye kamzor english bhi chal jati hai. Lekin agar high paid jobs chahiye tu obviously English achi honi chahiye.
See, don't demotivate you can explain all these things positively it's good that u r explaining the ground reality but don't disappoint people. 90 % people is negative I don't know why
If you forget the points of improvement this is your mistake man, we should definitely research on company but don't over indulge your self with prepartion the best thing is Be Genuine and Confident on your experience.

Yahan par offices mein English hi boli jati hai aur bahar tu Urdu bht normal hai. So, Arabic nahi ana koi issue nahi hai.
