Dankeschön! Super erklärt! Kann man quasi 1:1 übernehmen, lediglich der Schalter auf der Y-Achse ist beim Entfernen des Gehäuses im Weg. Ich habe zudem Hammerkopfmuttern verwendet, die sich in die Nut ein drehen lassen, sodass man den Rahmen nicht mehr demontieren muss ... auf geht's zu Teil 2 ... 😉
Hi, vielen Dank für deine ausführlichen und guten Erklärungen. Ach ja wenn jemand auch das Problem hat, dass die Schalter dauerhaft rot leuchten - überprüft mal, ob die Rückseite der Endstop Platine auch wirklich isoliert ist :) Ich war so klug und habe statt Moosgummi starkes Klebeband genommen - NÖÖÖÖP Weil es so schön war nochmal Demontage und abschrauben. Ich habe dann erstmal die überstehenden Pins auf der Rückseite abgeknipst, resp. gekürzt. Danach habe ich einfach einen großen Schrumpfschlauch hinten angeklebt - Juju funktioniert. Ohne deinem 2. Teil des Videos, wäre ich jedoch hoffnungslos verloren gewesen. Daumen hoch!! Vielen Dank auch dafür.

Hallo Christoph, freut mich, dass es Dir hier gefällt :-). Das ist gar nicht so einfach, denn seit dem Video hat sich sehr viel getan. Das Video ist wirklich "nur" gültig, wenn man die Voraussetzungen erfüllt, die ich damals bei meinem ersten S9 hatte. Inzwischen gibt es viele verschiedene Updates der Firmware und sogar die Mainboards werden wohl schon lange nicht mehr verbaut. Hallo Hans, schön, dass Du wieder dabei bist. Ich würde mich sogar freuen, wenn Du ein wenig meiner Ideen nachbauen kannst. Ich kann Dir Endstops nur empfehlen, zuerst dachte ich bräuchte keine - "kann meinen Laserkopf ja auch manuell bedienen", aber die Genauigkeit, in der er wieder den gleichen Punkt anfährt, hat mich einfach überzeugt. Außerdem macht es Spaß dem „kleinen“ zuzuschauen wie er brav an die Endschalter fährt, sie antippt und alles machen, was sie sollen. Im nächsten Video zeige ich dann, wie man sie programmiert. LG *DC

Eine Frage: So weit ich das erkennen kann, passt die Platine mit dem Endschalter der Y-Achse oben auf die T-Nut der vorderen Schiene, an die das Gehäuse geschraubt ist. Den Endschalter der X-Achse könnte man auch oben auf den Laser gegenüber dem Halter des Air Assist montieren und durch eine entsprechend längere linke Schraube der Schlittenhalterung auslösen lassen. Damit würde der Verlust an Laserfläche vermieden werden können... Das sind aber nur Spekulationen von mir, da ich meinen S9 noch nicht aufgebaut habe (ich warte noch auf das Extension Kit ) und es deshalb nicht prüfen kann.
Hallo, wieder einmal ein top Video! Ich musste so lache, da ich auch Endschalter einbauen will und genau das gleiche Material schon Zuhause habe. Muss man echt den NC Kontakt trennen? Kann man nicht einfach das eine Kabel aus den Steckern ziehen? Grüße Christian
Hallo Chriz, schön, dass Du wieder dabei bist und Dich mit gleichem beschäftigst, seit ich sie dran habe „liebe ich sie und gebe sie nicht wieder her". Ich glaube, wir werden wohl alle irgendwie beim gleichen „großen Riesen“ einkaufen und im Preisleistungsverhältnis wühlen - und so auf die gleichen Schalter kommen. - Du kannst selbstverständlich auch das Kabel trennen. Ich habe diese Variante das ein oder andere Mal bei anderen technischen Umbauten gesehen und fand das eigentlich ganz schön, irgendwie eine saubere Sache - so abgeschnittene Kabel mag ich nicht so. Und da ich alles andere als ein Elektriker bin, gebe ich das auch immer nur als „Ideenanreger“. Gibt bestimmt viele, viel tolle andere Bauweisen. LG *DC
@@Dragoncut du musst die Kabel nicht abschneiden. Du kannst am Stecker-Gehäuse mit einem dünnen Gegenstand einfach die "Halte-Nasen" der Pins reindrücken und dann rausziehen.

Kurze Ergänzung: Der Eingang der jeweiligen Endschalter ist im normalzustand "HIGH" also 5 V und wenn der Endschalter seinen Kontakt schließt, zieht er den Eingang auf "LOW" also 0 Volt. D.h. Endschalter Schalten zwischen GND und dem jeweiligen Eingangspin der X oder Y Achse. Auf der Platine sind die Bezeichnungen folgendermaßen: V = 5 Volt, G = Ground also 0V, S = Switch der im normalzustand 5V hat. Ansonsten super Videos ! Bitte weiter so :)
Hallo, ich habe noch eine Anmerkung. Pin 3 Signal (grün) muss über den Schalter auf Pin2 Masse (schwarz) gezogen werden. Über diesen Erkennt der Controller die Endlage. Wenn man anstatt einfach den Pin am Schalter zu entfernen den grünen Draht weg lässt, geht es nicht mehr, da der Controller kein Signal mehr bekommt. Somit ist die Anleitung, das man den grünen Draht nicht braucht nicht ganz richtig ;). Viele Grüße René
Hallo Tommy, ja Schrumpfschlauch ist generell eine gute Sache. Danke für den Tipp. Das Video ist etwas älter und ich hatte nichts anderes im Haus. Zum Glück braucht man diesen Umbau heute ja nicht mehr. Solltest du aber gerade dabei sein, die Werte und Richtungen haben sich mit den Firmware Updates seit dem komplett verändert. LG*DC

Sehr gutes informatives Video ich werde es als Lehrvideo für meinen Laser verwenden, wobei ich die grünen Kabel gleich weg lasse. Ja ein kleines Gehäuse für die Endschalter wären vorteilhaft.
Hallo harmonikaerwin, an ein Gehäuse für meine Endschalter hatte ich zuerst auch gedacht, man kann ja alles drucken :-) Da die Platine von vorne und unten eh offen sein muss und von hinten am Profilrahmen mit Moosgummi geschützt sind, worin die kleinen störenden Lötpinne gut versinken können. Dazu die Dicke für so einen Rahmen, der Schalter dann schnell zu weit nach vorne kommt, bleibt da nicht mehr viel für ein Gehäuse. Aber es gibt natürlich bestimmt noch viele bessere Bauweisen. LG *DC

Hey, eine Frage zu Lightburn, kann man da die Bearbeitungsfläche beliebig einstellen? Ich möchte meinen Laser umbauen und längere Aluprofile einbauen. Bei meiner Steuersoftware kann ich die Bearbeitungsgrösse nur bedingt vergrössern. Merci & Gruss

I have built my Sculpfun ( with the enlargement kit) and added endstops as shown in your tutorials, but, I prefer to have them at RIGHT BACK (not front). Hello Emanuel Pelleg, nice to have you join the circle of laser enthusiasts. I created the video, for exactly the position of the end stops. Unfortunately many, have already worked on their settings and thus often have problems with my instructions. In my FAQ video, I described the positions for the endstops for 1-4. Hallo Epo Xid, Du bist aber fix :-) löse mal die Schrauben, mit denen Du die Endschalter angeschraubt hast und gucke mal, ob die dann noch leuchten, wenn die Schrauben zu fest gezogen werden verursachen die da gern einen kurzen. Wenn es das nicht ist, musst Du nochmal schauen, ob Du richtig rum angeschlossen hast im Controller "rote Leitung unten". Hast Du den Pin gekappt und die Platinen von hinten mit etwas Gummi oder ähnlichem geschützt (ich hatte Moosgummi), mehr fällt mir da nicht ein. Und das mit einstellen in Lightburn würde ich ja zu gern verraten ;-))) aber da musst Du wohl doch aufs Wochenende auf mein nächstes Video warten LG *Dragoncut
@@Dragoncut Hattest recht, war etwas zu stark angezogen. Hab noch eine Schicht Filz drunter. Hatte die 3x10mm Schrauben bestellt, diese waren dann doch zu lang, hab sie gekürzt. Dann warte ich mal auf dein Video zwecks Lightburn. Vielen Dank nochmal für deinen Tipp.

I have two questions: 1) When you cut the NC pin, wouldn't it be enough to simply not connect the wire referring to this pin? 2) What is the length of this Cable Chain that you use to embed the wires? I have the Sculpfun S6 Pro 410mm*420mm but I bought the Expansion Kit, which was around 410mm*950mm. But if I can sell the S6 laser module, I intend to buy the S9 module. 3) Do you only use two Limit Switches? Thanks
Hello Daniel, 1.) you can cut the pin, or the cable, but even without cutting this should work. 2) for an extension you need at least 70 chain links. Without extension it is 38 chain links. 3.) Yes you need only 2 limit switches, because there is only one homing position. LG *DC

Hello again and thank you for your reply. I have watched all your 3 videos very carefully and while they really are very detailed, I am still confused at some basic concepts. Maybe some other people new to the matter feel the same. Let me please try to explain the confusions: If I face the machine looking at the controller housing, this one is at right-front yet you instruct that: "Egal wo man seine Endstops montiert hat, muss der Punkt auf Links unten stehen" . (I can read German but writing is hard on me) So, does this machine (Sculpfun S9) expect to have x/y=0 at front left? on your 2nd video, right after performing your first Homing, the Head location reading was: X=19.9 Y= -399. the X value I understand: the head did not touch the right side frame but stopped a little bit before it. The Y value I do not understand: the -399 means that the machine counted from the far frame backwards towards the controller = front/right corner. So, on the X the count is from right to left and on the Y from far to near? All this while the controller is at right/front and der Punkt auf Links unten ??? If the machine counts from right to left on the X and from far to close on the Y, does this not correspond with having den Punkt oben rechts? On your second video, after performing the first Homing, you explain how you set the starting point for performing real jobs. You move the head to the left, almost onto the frame, and that reading, -381 on the X , Y -399 is being set as starting point. If one has the homing at front/right, why would this point not be X/Y=0 = homing point = starting point? Assuming that the Homing is OK, then every time after it has been performed (as you explain: at starting the machine) , the machine will have knowledge about where the head is and will be able to perform commands/projects? Why should one set a starting point not at the homing point? May I please ask for your help in clearing these basic confusions? Thank you. Emanuel
Hello Emanuel, I'm sorry that this is causing so much confusion. I made the video from "my initial situation" and worked out for myself how best to set it up and mount the end stops. Since there were no instructions for this anywhere, I put it online. With this I wanted to show how "I" do it. I have mentioned many times that it is not a tutorial. My starting point: a "new laser" without any modifications. I will try to answer your questions as best I can. If the laser is as mentioned "new and unchanged" (and maybe from the same series) then the controller has the firmware "GRBL 1.1f", I don't know anything about programming, but I read on Github that in this version axes are mirrored. So there was this minus value in the y-direction (backwards -399). The machine has its x/y value=0 front left, therefore also the value "in Lightburn" must be set to front left. With the GRBL setting $3 you can mirror this rotation again, which is in the programming of the firmware, but I didn't bother with that and instead just satisfied with the minus value. Another value for directions is in $23, this is used to "invent" the directions, for homing. ****************Here I have to make a stop. *************** Because if you "flash" another firmware then the reflections and the values already look completely different. Means: "flashes" one e.g. with the "custom variant", then this mirroring is omitted and from the -399 a 0. Which should be more logical for them surely. *************************************************************** Why the starting point (my x/y=0) is not directly at the homing. I work with Lightburn. Lightburn distinguishes these two positions with different buttons, "homing" and "start position". For example, I have my endstops on the right front and on the right side, because that seemed to me the shortest and best way to run the cables for them. But the laser head itself is not well accessible for me there, I put it to the left with the command G10L2P1... because I was most comfortable there, the laser starts there and ends there. I could have put it in the middle, there I would have had no chance to use endstops. I think it's just for convenience. I hope it is understandable, feel free to ask. I didn't bother with all the other settings because it's running great and can only read up as well. LG*DC

Before starting Lightburn I moved the head to far left. Upon starting, the head moves towards the home position on right front, moving smoothly on X Y , and crashes into the limit switches without stopping. The red lights turn on and a "crackng" sound can be heard (the motors running against the belts?). I have to turn the main switch on the controller off. (the STOP button does not act in this case) . I have repeated the experiment several times and also checked the move arrow commands: these work OK, moving the head in the right directions. Upon failing to stop at Homing, this message appears: "ALARM:9 Homing fail. Could not find limit switch within search distance. Defined as 1.5 * max_travel on search and 5 * pulloff on locate phases. ok Grbl 1.1h ['$' for help] [MSG:'$H'|'$X' to unlock] [MSG:Caution: Unlocked] ok " What did I do wrong? "Default" for the S9 is rear right because you have to invert the Y axis homing if you mount the limit switches front right. Doesn't really matter where you mount the limit switches but from a cable management perspective the smartest and cleanest installation of the end stops is front right.

Hello S HOSONO, have you switched on the "Homing"? In the GRBL configuration should be at $22=1, then it is switched on. Tengo la misma máquina y he seguido tus pasos para conectar los limit switches y poder hacer auto homing pero me pasas una cosas muy rara. Cuando hace el homing y cierra el contacto del limit switch suena como si se desconectada del ordenador y no se mueve, tengo que mover el carro a mano para volver a abrir el contacto, pero en cuanto vuelve a activar el switch otra vez se queda parado y no hace el homing. ¿sabrías decirme que estoy haciendo mal? un saludo y muchas gracias
Hola Jorge, he leído sobre esto en internet varias veces, creo que el error está en la alineación. En primer lugar, ¿ya has flasheado tu mando? La versión 1.1h personalizada vuelve a poner el sistema de ejes en negativo y los datos del GRBL se pueden escribir mejor en la EEPROM. Te aconsejo que, independientemente de que hayas flasheado, veas lo que hace un cambio en los valores del comando G10L2. Pruébalo con un valor positivo en el eje x. Por ejemplo: G10L2P1x-370y0 . Pero siempre de pie junto a él :-) para que no golpee nada. Espero que esto te ayude. LG *DC

Ich war so klug und habe statt Moosgummi starkes Klebeband genommen - NÖÖÖÖP Weil es so schön war nochmal Demontage und abschrauben. Ich habe dann erstmal die überstehenden Pins auf der Rückseite abgeknipst, resp. gekürzt. Danach habe ich einfach einen großen Schrumpfschlauch hinten angeklebt - Juju funktioniert.
Ohne deinem 2. Teil des Videos, wäre ich jedoch hoffnungslos verloren gewesen. Daumen hoch!! Vielen Dank auch dafür.

Das Video ist wirklich "nur" gültig, wenn man die Voraussetzungen erfüllt, die ich damals bei meinem ersten S9 hatte. Inzwischen gibt es viele verschiedene Updates der Firmware und sogar die Mainboards werden wohl schon lange nicht mehr verbaut. Hallo Hans, schön, dass Du wieder dabei bist. Ich würde mich sogar freuen, wenn Du ein wenig meiner Ideen nachbauen kannst. Ich kann Dir Endstops nur empfehlen, zuerst dachte ich bräuchte keine - "kann meinen Laserkopf ja auch manuell bedienen", aber die Genauigkeit, in der er wieder den gleichen Punkt anfährt, hat mich einfach überzeugt. Außerdem macht es Spaß dem „kleinen“ zuzuschauen wie er brav an die Endschalter fährt, sie antippt und alles machen, was sie sollen. Im nächsten Video zeige ich dann, wie man sie programmiert. LG *DC

Eine Frage: So weit ich das erkennen kann, passt die Platine mit dem Endschalter der Y-Achse oben auf die T-Nut der vorderen Schiene, an die das Gehäuse geschraubt ist. Den Endschalter der X-Achse könnte man auch oben auf den Laser gegenüber dem Halter des Air Assist montieren und durch eine entsprechend längere linke Schraube der Schlittenhalterung auslösen lassen. Damit würde der Verlust an Laserfläche vermieden werden können... Das sind aber nur Spekulationen von mir, da ich meinen S9 noch nicht aufgebaut habe (ich warte noch auf das Extension Kit ) und es deshalb nicht prüfen kann.

Hallo Chriz, schön, dass Du wieder dabei bist und Dich mit gleichem beschäftigst, seit ich sie dran habe „liebe ich sie und gebe sie nicht wieder her". Ich glaube, wir werden wohl alle irgendwie beim gleichen „großen Riesen“ einkaufen und im Preisleistungsverhältnis wühlen - und so auf die gleichen Schalter kommen. - Du kannst selbstverständlich auch das Kabel trennen. Ich habe diese Variante das ein oder andere Mal bei anderen technischen Umbauten gesehen und fand das eigentlich ganz schön, irgendwie eine saubere Sache - so abgeschnittene Kabel mag ich nicht so. Und da ich alles andere als ein Elektriker bin, gebe ich das auch immer nur als „Ideenanreger“. Gibt bestimmt viele, viel tolle andere Bauweisen. LG *DC
@@Dragoncut du musst die Kabel nicht abschneiden. Du kannst am Stecker-Gehäuse mit einem dünnen Gegenstand einfach die "Halte-Nasen" der Pins reindrücken und dann rausziehen.

Kurze Ergänzung: Der Eingang der jeweiligen Endschalter ist im normalzustand "HIGH" also 5 V und wenn der Endschalter seinen Kontakt schließt, zieht er den Eingang auf "LOW" also 0 Volt. D.h. Endschalter Schalten zwischen GND und dem jeweiligen Eingangspin der X oder Y Achse. Auf der Platine sind die Bezeichnungen folgendermaßen: V = 5 Volt, G = Ground also 0V, S = Switch der im normalzustand 5V hat.
Ansonsten super Videos ! Bitte weiter so :)

ich habe noch eine Anmerkung. Pin 3 Signal (grün) muss über den Schalter auf Pin2 Masse (schwarz) gezogen werden. Über diesen Erkennt der Controller die Endlage.
Wenn man anstatt einfach den Pin am Schalter zu entfernen den grünen Draht weg lässt, geht es nicht mehr, da der Controller kein Signal mehr bekommt.
Somit ist die Anleitung, das man den grünen Draht nicht braucht nicht ganz richtig ;).

Hallo Tommy, ja Schrumpfschlauch ist generell eine gute Sache. Danke für den Tipp. Das Video ist etwas älter und ich hatte nichts anderes im Haus. Zum Glück braucht man diesen Umbau heute ja nicht mehr. Solltest du aber gerade dabei sein, die Werte und Richtungen haben sich mit den Firmware Updates seit dem komplett verändert. LG*DC

Sehr gutes informatives Video ich werde es als Lehrvideo für meinen Laser verwenden, wobei ich die grünen Kabel gleich weg lasse. Ja ein kleines Gehäuse für die Endschalter wären vorteilhaft.
Hallo harmonikaerwin, an ein Gehäuse für meine Endschalter hatte ich zuerst auch gedacht, man kann ja alles drucken :-) Da die Platine von vorne und unten eh offen sein muss und von hinten am Profilrahmen mit Moosgummi geschützt sind, worin die kleinen störenden Lötpinne gut versinken können. Dazu die Dicke für so einen Rahmen, der Schalter dann schnell zu weit nach vorne kommt, bleibt da nicht mehr viel für ein Gehäuse. Aber es gibt natürlich bestimmt noch viele bessere Bauweisen. LG *DC

Hey, eine Frage zu Lightburn, kann man da die Bearbeitungsfläche beliebig einstellen? Ich möchte meinen Laser umbauen und längere Aluprofile einbauen. Bei meiner Steuersoftware kann ich die Bearbeitungsgrösse nur bedingt vergrössern. Merci & Gruss

Hello Emanuel Pelleg, nice to have you join the circle of laser enthusiasts. I created the video, for exactly the position of the end stops. Unfortunately many, have already worked on their settings and thus often have problems with my instructions. In my FAQ video, I described the positions for the endstops for 1-4. Hallo Epo Xid, Du bist aber fix :-) löse mal die Schrauben, mit denen Du die Endschalter angeschraubt hast und gucke mal, ob die dann noch leuchten, wenn die Schrauben zu fest gezogen werden verursachen die da gern einen kurzen. Wenn es das nicht ist, musst Du nochmal schauen, ob Du richtig rum angeschlossen hast im Controller "rote Leitung unten". Hast Du den Pin gekappt und die Platinen von hinten mit etwas Gummi oder ähnlichem geschützt (ich hatte Moosgummi), mehr fällt mir da nicht ein. Und das mit einstellen in Lightburn würde ich ja zu gern verraten ;-))) aber da musst Du wohl doch aufs Wochenende auf mein nächstes Video warten LG *Dragoncut

2) What is the length of this Cable Chain that you use to embed the wires? I have the Sculpfun S6 Pro 410mm*420mm but I bought the Expansion Kit, which was around 410mm*950mm. But if I can sell the S6 laser module, I intend to buy the S9 module.

1.) you can cut the pin, or the cable, but even without cutting this should work.
2) for an extension you need at least 70 chain links. Without extension it is 38 chain links.
3.) Yes you need only 2 limit switches, because there is only one homing position. LG *DC

Hello again and thank you for your reply. I have watched all your 3 videos very carefully and while they really are very detailed, I am still confused at some basic concepts. Maybe some other people new to the matter feel the same. Let me please try to explain the confusions: If I face the machine looking at the controller housing, this one is at right-front yet you instruct that: "Egal wo man seine Endstops montiert hat, muss der Punkt auf Links unten stehen" . (I can read German but writing is hard on me) So, does this machine (Sculpfun S9) expect to have x/y=0 at front left? on your 2nd video, right after performing your first Homing, the Head location reading was: X=19.9 Y= -399. the X value I understand: the head did not touch the right side frame but stopped a little bit before it. The Y value I do not understand: the -399 means that the machine counted from the far frame backwards towards the controller = front/right corner. So, on the X the count is from right to left and on the Y from far to near? All this while the controller is at right/front and der Punkt auf Links unten ??? If the machine counts from right to left on the X and from far to close on the Y, does this not correspond with having den Punkt oben rechts? On your second video, after performing the first Homing, you explain how you set the starting point for performing real jobs. You move the head to the left, almost onto the frame, and that reading, -381 on the X , Y -399 is being set as starting point. If one has the homing at front/right, why would this point not be X/Y=0 = homing point = starting point? Assuming that the Homing is OK, then every time after it has been performed (as you explain: at starting the machine) , the machine will have knowledge about where the head is and will be able to perform commands/projects? Why should one set a starting point not at the homing point? May I please ask for your help in clearing these basic confusions? Thank you.

I'm sorry that this is causing so much confusion. I made the video from "my initial situation" and worked out for myself how best to set it up and mount the end stops. Since there were no instructions for this anywhere, I put it online. With this I wanted to show how "I" do it. I have mentioned many times that it is not a tutorial.
My starting point: a "new laser" without any modifications.
I will try to answer your questions as best I can.
If the laser is as mentioned "new and unchanged" (and maybe from the same series)
then the controller has the firmware "GRBL 1.1f", I don't know anything about programming, but I read on Github that in this version axes are mirrored. So there was this minus value in the y-direction (backwards -399). The machine has its x/y value=0 front left,
therefore also the value "in Lightburn" must be set to front left.
With the GRBL setting $3 you can mirror this rotation again, which is in the programming of the firmware, but I didn't bother with that and instead just satisfied with the minus value.
Another value for directions is in $23, this is used to "invent" the directions, for homing.

Because if you "flash" another firmware then the reflections and the values already look completely different. Means: "flashes" one e.g. with the "custom variant", then this mirroring is omitted and from the -399 a 0. Which should be more logical for them surely. ***************************************************************
Why the starting point (my x/y=0) is not directly at the homing.
I work with Lightburn. Lightburn distinguishes these two positions with different buttons, "homing" and "start position". For example, I have my endstops on the right front and on the right side, because that seemed to me the shortest and best way to run the cables for them. But the laser head itself is not well accessible for me there, I put it to the left with the command G10L2P1... because I was most comfortable there, the laser starts there and ends there. I could have put it in the middle, there I would have had no chance to use endstops. I think it's just for convenience.
I hope it is understandable, feel free to ask. I didn't bother with all the other settings because it's running great and can only read up as well.

Before starting Lightburn I moved the head to far left. Upon starting, the head moves towards the home position on right front, moving smoothly on X Y , and crashes into the limit switches without stopping. The red lights turn on and a "crackng" sound can be heard (the motors running against the belts?). I have to turn the main switch on the controller off. (the STOP button does not act in this case) . I have repeated the experiment several times and also checked the move arrow commands: these work OK, moving the head in the right directions.
Upon failing to stop at Homing, this message appears:

"Default" for the S9 is rear right because you have to invert the Y axis homing if you mount the limit switches front right. Doesn't really matter where you mount the limit switches but from a cable management perspective the smartest and cleanest installation of the end stops is front right.

Hello S HOSONO, have you switched on the "Homing"? In the GRBL configuration should be at $22=1, then it is switched on. And then please check the values you have in $100 and $101, there should be a value of 80,000 step/mm, these values are for steps in x-axis and y-axis per millimeter. I hope it can help you. LG *DC.

Antes de nada muchas gracias por tu video y por tus explicaciones. Tengo la misma máquina y he seguido tus pasos para conectar los limit switches y poder hacer auto homing pero me pasas una cosas muy rara. Cuando hace el homing y cierra el contacto del limit switch suena como si se desconectada del ordenador y no se mueve, tengo que mover el carro a mano para volver a abrir el contacto, pero en cuanto vuelve a activar el switch otra vez se queda parado y no hace el homing. ¿sabrías decirme que estoy haciendo mal? un saludo y muchas gracias
Hola Jorge, he leído sobre esto en internet varias veces, creo que el error está en la alineación. En primer lugar, ¿ya has flasheado tu mando? La versión 1.1h personalizada vuelve a poner el sistema de ejes en negativo y los datos del GRBL se pueden escribir mejor en la EEPROM. Te aconsejo que, independientemente de que hayas flasheado, veas lo que hace un cambio en los valores del comando G10L2. Pruébalo con un valor positivo en el eje x. Por ejemplo: G10L2P1x-370y0 . Pero siempre de pie junto a él :-) para que no golpee nada. Espero que esto te ayude. LG *DC
