Wow, inspirational..I do sometimes wonder though if someone does not have that lived experience then how can they be the change they want to see? Do they connect the way we do with clients with no real understanding of what adversity feels like and overcoming barriers? That's not to take away from services but having people with lived experience are an asset to any team! Well done Wayne! Keep paving that path to change 🙂
