- Hi there RUclips family! Today I am unboxing my IPSY Glam Bag plus Add-Ons for June 2024. Plus a surprise Freebie!
My original bag was STOLEN 😳😱🤬 Tracking said it was delivered to a lockbox at the front of my apartment complex. But there was no lockbox key in my personal mailbox. I waited a couple of days, then contacted my complex manager. She got together with our mail carrier, Tony, and checked all the lockboxes... no Ipsy package. He remembers the envelope but must have accidentally put the lockbox key in someone else's mailbox...who must have decided to keep it, even if it had my name and apartment number on it. THE FIENDS!!!
I contacted Ipsy customer service via email, and they responded right away. They were able to ship out my original bag items plus my add-ons with NO SUBSTITUTIONS!! AMAZING!! Plus they sent a set of really nice eyeshadow brushes as a nice customer service treat.

The Lip tint from Benefit in Purrr is my favorite!!!! I got that one in my Ipsy June bag as well, I'm willing to buy the full size. * Oh and I forgot to mention, my June bag had a completely different bag than was advertised on their site, so they sent me just the June bag, not with extras because I got the products it just wasn't the bag advertised.
