Using the following instruments:
Moog Prodigy (1980) with
Roland Space Echo (produced 1973-1988)
Sequential Circuits Prophet 5 Rev 3.3 (1982) with
Strymon Timeline (2014) dTape Maschine and
Moog MP-201 pedal controlling the filter cutoff frequency
Moog Etherwave Pro theremin (2006) with
Boss Digital Delay DD-7, Harmonist PS-6 and Loop Station RC-50

This is because technically, the Theremin is the most emotive sounding instrument. Emotions cant be physically touched, but can exist on an electromagnetic essence, just like the theremin is played by taking advantage of the electromagnetic properties of the Antennas

Carolina is stunning in every way. I've seen several other Theremin players but none have the beauty or elegance that Carolina possesses. She really does play the instrument as an extension of herself. Wonderful. Respect also to Marius for blending his own synth so perfectly with the Theremin.
Covering Kate Bush is quite mission impossible for me because she is such a genious and an icon.
I was stucked by your version, resoectful though creative, so elegant with a part of mystery.

love the "contrast" how "electronic" instruments can sound compared to how smooth thermin can be in a right hands. Unbelievable and great. I have to admit I prefer this version over the original. Carolina well done!

Carolina, you are soooo good! So musical. So marvellously versatile. It is a shame that Clara Rockmore did not live to see and hear you play. You work beautifully with Marius - I am so sorry after hearing him that I got rid of my old PROPHET FIVE synthesizer back in the 1980’s. What the hell was I thinking?! 😂
+Peter Pringle Are the current DSI Prophet series anywhere near adequate replacement? Superficially they sound nice, and the pricier ones do have a lot of knobs :D The 08 has roland style DCOs (analog signal path, digital control), the 12 I think has software oscilators.

Wow! You have to hear how this ends. Stick with it for a treat. I love live-played (single-pass) analog electronic music. And these two manage to exhibit expressiveness and precision at the same time. They're doing their thing. So cool.

The strangest but most fascinating cover of this great piece of a nearly forgotten voice,
I ever heard.
But in my mind I was even more strangely combining all of these sounds including a guitar and the powerfully tremolos by the voice of Shoshanna Cohen and Gil Landau from Lola Marsh Band.
I am not sure, but I guess in her early days she was singing it as a cover, being still in mind.
Anyway... there's a connection.
With or without a Babooska.
