Love how the cheese melts on top of the grilled steak. That is one seriously delicious looking sandwich ❤
It's supposed to be mixed in with the meat while chopping it up, not just laid on top like that, so you get a gooey sauce.

I was amazed at how authentic it was, given the abominations I've seen marketed as "Philly cheesesteak" in America outside of Philly. They did a really good job here even halfway across the globe!

Here in philly, everyone does not like their cheesteaks the same way and there are so many variations, just like your video. @@rg20322 yeah, i understand. I prefer real cheddar, but some people don't mind "cheeze whiz" i guess they are used to it. There are hundreds of places to get a cheesesteak here though, if you don't like one, there is always another. Philly is a very blue collar city, some people don't mind the quality of ingredients as long as it taste good.
