What TMV would I need for this senerio ....I’ll use a 30 plate heat exchanger to act as my boiler heat source due to the fact my heat supply is a outdoor wood boiler and I need a closed loop system..so to prevent to hot of water entering my 900 ft of radiant floor heat what do I need.

I would consider a 521 or 5231 series thermostatic mixing valve. You will need to look at the flow rate of your project and select the best fit.
