This video has reminded me that I keep meaning to write a thank you testimonial for my Correct Toes! I travelled from the UK to Oregon on vacation September 2014 and made a single appointment at NW Foot and Ankle, where I was recommended to wear Correct Toes. After approx 15 years of foot pain, getting steadily worse, with no help gained from doctors, despite x-rays and MRI scans etc, Correct Toes have been the best recommendation. I confess that after a year of wearing them much of the time, I do sometimes still get tired and achy toes from the Correct Toes (after hiking 5 miles or more). However, this level of pain is trivial compared to the acute pain that used to shoot through sections of my foot, at any time, causing me to limp painfully home. I never now experience severe pain, so I am able to go hiking confidently, knowing that I can last the distance. And certainly for walks up to 3 or 4 miles, they remain very comfortable. As I love walking/hiking with my husband, this has made an incredible difference for us both. Thank you Dr Ray!
Just want to thank you SO much for developing Correct Toes and for all these videos to learn from. I have so much hope about my feet, and have been doing all the things I learn from you, and wearing my correct toes daily! Thank you!
@@lf9341 I think they are great!! Very comfortable for me. I feel more stable and balanced. The crooked over lapping toe is getting progressively better, and my bunions are improving. Most of my toes don't curl under as much as they were. I am expecting any change to take time, but love the Correct Toes. Also they are very durable.
@@moonafarms1621 I hope they help you as much as they are helping me. I take a picture of my feet every month because I'd heard the change would be slow, maybe, and I see changes every month.
What a wonderful story of an innovative easy-to-use product created out of need by the inventor. I can attest to how comfortable they are. I often forget I have them on. I've been wearing them for 3 months and already see a significant difference in my balance, foot strength, and lack of pain in my knees and hips. Amazing! I've also combined them with balance and foot strengthening exercises and barefoot minimalist shoes and toe socks that complement them and I go barefoot as much as possible. Correct Toes are an important part of natural corrective foot improvement. I look forward to future improvements as my foot continues to adapt. I greatly appreciate your product and wisdom.
I'm on my feet 17 hours a day, doing heavy lifting. Due to watching your videos my first move to help with my extremely painful bunion and neuroma was to change my shoes to Crocs. I cannot tell you what a game changer that's been for me. And I'm so excited for the next move which is to get the Correct Toes!!
+Erin Jones It is a bit funny that a cheap pair of Crocs has been more helpful than shoes and even orthotics that cost far more. I am now using my Correct Toes in my Crocs and they seem to be a good combination (also using Altra running & walking shoes).
Correct toes and altra trail runner shoes are healing my feet. I am a walker and just like with running, expect atleast year to train your foot to more minimalist shoes. As a transition i still use superfeet arch supports in my zero shoes till my feet get stronger. Listen to your body and allow for gradual change. Thank you Dr M. Keep educating people.
Since wearing my Correct Toes (followed your recommendations to start wearing for only 30 min during activity and to increase 30 min/day), I seem to have replaced one pain for a different pain. Is pain common while one's feet adjust? Is the adjustment period longer the older one is? Thanks.
+diaml Soreness and discomfort are normal but we never want people to be in pain. Are you wearing Correct Toes inside of footwear? Have you thought about modifying them?
Please add info for retailers where this product can be found. I was recently diagnosed with a claw toe and a second showing the same signs. I would like to be able to check sizes before buying for my male size 8.5 foot. Thanks.

Is it normal that I feel extreme heat like pain after wearing them for few hours in my toe joints? does that mean they are working or should I stop wearing them?
