Daniel Defense, I own DDV7, PDW, Delta V, and I want this, but I have a major favor to ask, please make a heavy caliber long range firearm! I want this in 300 win mag really bad. PLEASEEEEEEEEEE
Watching the videos and browsing pictures on the DD website had me intrigued. It wasn't until I had a chance to handle one and give it a once over did I realize this rifle has some incredible engineering behind it that you cant see in pictures. Everything on this rifle is over built but sexy at the same time. It was love at first sight. The rifle functioned flawlessly and 0.50 moa was easy with just about everything i fed her. The DD Delta 5 Pro is now my favorite rifle.
I have a DD MK18 and its fantastic. Never a problem whatsoever. Maybe except its loud AF. Recently put a 30 cal Sandman S on it (the can is planned for a bolt gun) just to see how it performed. The MK18 still eats everything (haven't tried steel case stuff, not going to run Wolf or whatever steel in my guns). Gas in the face because of the suppressor. I'm sure there are ways to mitigate it, but I've been too busy lately to look into it :(
@@phoenixnfa Show me 2 or 3 other companies doing what DD does. That offer 50+ rifle/pistol models, that are all vertically integrated and build every single part of their guns in house.
@@spacemarin04 Like its an amazing system on paper and i hear great things about the old D5. Their only complaint was the stock. The chassis looks like a mix of MDTs ACC and ESS. barrel system is like an ar and all you need is a wrench. Great action. So if they in the future come out with a folder, im def looking at getting one rn, but id be at my gun store tomorrow getting on the list.
Click the notify me when in stock. Every weeknight at 5pm they list produced items and they are for sale in stock at that time. Option two go to the site between 455-5 and look
That's not even close to the truth. Wait till some dirt gets in that MPA and kills it lol but hey if you want a gun that you can't even slightly abuse, then yea, get a MPA I guess.
Where do I buy the support bag that is attached to his Gun? The Bag that is attached to the front of his gun while he’s moving and shooting. Where do I buy that attachment and bag?
I'm the opposite. I had the Tikka T3X Tac 1 and I hated that it had a foldable stock. It's a bolt gun not an assault rifle. No need to attempt to fold up and conceal this.
@@stevebird838 MPA and GAP use better barrels and install them with more care and precision then DD is going to. The actions used by MPA and GAP are going to be better then DD's action. The chassis for the DD is fine I guess but I would rather have an MPA chassis or a Manners stock (GAP PPR). I would also take a TT special (GAP and MPA) over Timney Elite Hunter.
@@raining1975 you missed the entire point. It would be more expensive for a gap barrel!!! And no, they don't install them with "more care and precision" as that statement doesn't make sense lol the DD shoots .5 moa...you're a clown if you tbink thats not good. PLUS I can abuse a DD without it going to shit like a MPA
I got so lucky. I got the notification they had this rifle back in stock and I was able to get it!
Nothing like packin' a lip and doing a rifle review. Hell yeah brother!
I'm so used to Marines dipping all the time I didn't even notice 😂

Worth it

I just got my delta v, now I gotta get this, but I want it in 300 win mag.
Looks great, DD is the #1 innovating gun company in the world right now and has a bright future.
[citation needed] at least 2 or 3 other companies have done something like this in the past.

Can anyone identify the bipod?
Be nice if there were actually firearms available for purchase. My DDM4V11 is still months away.
I have one I’ll sell you right now haha
Looks VERY similar to an MDT chassis
DD but I just bought a DD5V5! Quick tempting me.
How’s that rifle been for you? You go 6.5?
any idea if a left-handed action is coming?
great video and presenter thanks
Are we able to swap out the barrel ourselves, or does it require shipping the rifle back to DD to replace the barrel when it reaches end of life?
Can’t wait to get my 🙏
Got mine last month. Love love love it!
Good day.!! Will this be available in 6.5 prc. Is so, when!!!?????
Will you ever release this for left hand?
Why are the delta 5 pro so hard to find
Is that avaliable in .308? With 24 or 26" barrel?
Any plans for a folding stock? That is the only thing holding me back
I was just thinking the same thing

@@spacemarin04 Actually, i just looked at their website. The stock bolts to the chassis body and stock itself. So I def see a folder coming!!
Yes
I hope you get it right this time.
What height rings do you recommend for a Viper PST 5-25 50mm? thanks! I just purchased mine and want to make sure I get the right rings.
Is this legal in California?

You're right that looks awesome but I talked to santa and he said he couldn't afford it
Man I’m sorry, my Santa is actually a bigger Delta 5 fan than I am and she just wiped out part of our savings for “something”

Can the chassis be bought alone.
Please please please make a magnum long action
looks the cheek weld / butt plate bend and move around too much (flimsy). is it really?
Which color is the one on the bench?
That's in our Coyote Tan cerakote. You can find more info and specs on our website: danieldefense.com/rifles/bolt-action-rifles.html
make the stock collapsible and ill buy it.
Sweet Jesus that looks good............calling Santa now.
anyway we can get a verticle grip made for that? =)
Yes, that's why he pointed out that it's AR compatible. That means you can find a vertical grip anywhere.
I asked so that I could find out if Daniel defense plans on making one. I don’t really like any of the AR vertical grips out there.
@@SDA-Sound - pretty sure the OBi one MDT uses is AR compatible...
What range can the 308 see with the 20” barrel? Could it push out to 1200yards?
Folding stock? 😔
Get a mpa for same price an much better rifle. Will run circles around that gun.

Area419 or Armageddon Gear.
Did this dude really just make a video with dip in is mouth?
I guess the barrel isnt that good if you get thermal drift with it... my tikka t3x lite doesnt get any thermal drift.

that's a lot of gun for $2500
2500 for a cold hammer forged barrel. Lol wtf. In what world would this be a better choice then MPA or GAP?
GAP all day long.
They're in house barrels. If they went with aftermarket, it would drive the cost way up.
