I have changed the Tyres to Apollo Tramplr-Xr and I can now lean my N160 very well with confidence but yes suspension and chassis issue is same. I have oil cooled infinity display version N160, which I feel very good in long rides as well.

Since you mentioned in city , I would suggest to go with n160 because it had good torque in low RPM thus helping in city traffic rides ,, also a good mileage , but since you have no issue with mileage go with rtr 4v for that that power
Due to removing of oil colling the engine heats up much quicker , specially on hilly areas with pillion , they gave everything but should have added the oil cooler too

Its a 2 valve low revving low compression engine; it will be fine... But yamaha's 155cc needs liquid cooling; cuz its 4 valve high revving with 11:6:1 compression ratio...
the oil cooler was of no use anyways. a 2 row oil cooler was a joke if you really care about cooling...would basically make a negligible difference but now, according some speed test videos it runs better..also removing the oil cooler makes it easier on maintenance since there's no risk of stones or rocks damaging the radiator..so a win win basically..

No not the engine but the gearbox slightly and the chain sproket because the rpm drops suddenly and the engine speed gets different from chain speed for 3 to 4 seconds
