A Federal agent is commissioned, along with several of his fellow-agents, to capture and put an end to a gang of thieves who have been systematically, using inside information, looting warehouses.
Wonderful story and acting, thanks for uploading this movie.
PF, thanks for finding another lost golden oldie. 😊
YT recommended this, and sometimes they’re so right on. Thanks, perfect flick for a late afternoon and loving it so far. Glad I finally watched this one! Nice upload as always, PF. :)
"1935"
Nice upload...Not bad, I enjoyed it. I love the old stuff. Starrett would have made a good Superman, going by the shape of his head.
Not many houses around that time.
Overpopulation and overdevelopment has destroyed this country.
LE DÉBUT DU FILM AVEC LES OMBRES SUR LE EST GÉNIAL !...
they sure drove nutty back then and had the coolest car chase scenes, its almost comical knowing they werent going as fast as they can today....what was the top speed of a 1930's car????
A 1934 Ford could do about 65 mph.
Good Flick….black and white is great film. Thank you Classic Vault
very good story, very enjoyable 🎥👍
A great movie !!
Really like Noel Madison's hat~ one sharp fedora!
Try to find a man's hat today that isn't made in China.
It's amazing that even back in 1935 there were "screen writers" who thought that if you took a criminal's gun away, he, (or she), would become a law-abiding solid citizen. In 81 years little has changed. I wonder what lead those two thieves, who were nailed up on either side of Christ, astray? After all, there were no guns two thousand years ago to "force" them into a life of crime.
it's led not "lead"
They already had started their campaign, subtly, against private citizens' rights.
@@gildamarlowe5110 Could have been a Pun, Ha, Ha.
After all, bullets are refered to as lead
After you deal with the Gun Police, you'll have to deal with the Thought :Police. The government wants everything you have.
@@bobdownes162 I don't think so. He is one of those crazy 2nd amendment rights people. Not sure he can tie his own shoes. I will b willing to bet he doesn't know what the word "pun" means.
Charles Starrett was the Durango kid western's in the movies back in the 1940's..He made a number of those westerns..
If I remember correctly, this movie was part of the propaganda to introduce the first Firearms Act, using gangsters killing with guns to restrict guns to law-abiding citizens.
35:00 dog runs along side car during speeding incident, one fast dog!
kinda like those 3 legged chickens kept passing me on road in arkansas...
That was good 'Spotting' from you.
That must have been the fastest men on 4 legs in a Boxing match in history as well.
Starrett before he became mostly a Western star ⭐?
thanks
I have never seen a happier automobile accident.

Anyone else see the dog in the chase scene @35:00 mark? Lol! Also, I wonder what undeveloped neighborhood in Los Angeles they filmed those chase scenes? I bet all that land is now developed with a Starbucks somewhere. Lol. Sad.
The world of the 1930's is gone. You can thank an unchecked population and thoughtless development for that.
And by 'unchecked' population, I mean too many of the WRONG KIND of people. The failed 'California Dream' ended with them.
Al Baffert "Battling Brennan" had been a professional wrestler.
must've been dealing in stolen pistols because the big irons never showed up.. Wonder how many takes they did on bouncing the cars up and down and driving the actors nuts.
Standard 1930's fare, but still enjoyable
From watching this film, one gets the mistaken impression that the Department of Justice has a single phone number in which either one of two men answers the phone!
That was before the explosion in crime ... now it's four men .
@@rhuephus Nothing is too good for the taxpayers who have to shell out their money to support a bureaucracy.
Hey man can make more money n the fight game with Grey. Than truck driving jobs.
