  • Powerful Meditation and Awareness Through Movement practice based on bumblebee buzz pollination using Feldenkrais Method® and Nature Awareness. This lesson is inspired from the bumblebee and Yoga Pranayama techniques working with chants to activate the prank - life force in the body. We will be using "Om" and "Ma" chant to activate vibration of bones in head and entire body.
    This practice or Awareness Through Movement exercise helps improve hearing, balance and clearing emotions. Improves sense of balance over feet, lighten tension of head and shoulders, clears ears. May be helpful for tinnitus -- I've had requests for tinnitus and let me know if this helps you!
