For past 3h i was trying to make it work with IC-7100. FL-digi works finebut flmsg does not. I fill out the form (IARU), click autosend. It switches my ic7100 to tx mode... but no message goes out...just an idle signal. IC7100 goes into tx mode and stays that way... to make it stop i have to either puch the pwr button on the tx or switch it off completely. Have no problems with Winlink but this NBEMS is a real pain in the a.
Glad they are helpful to you. Get your folks on a local repeater (with the owner's permission) and practice using MT62-2000L at 1500 on the waterfall. (Make sure your folks verbally ID themselves before and after xmits for obvious reasons.) Get them able to send/receive an ICS213 Flmsg form... and you'll be surprised how easy this will become for them. Make sure you check out the Setting Up Signalink Sound Levels video here.
