I'm assuming that you would print the page from the web browser then? To get the form in a format that they're used to, I mean.
So if I send a form to a non-hams email, all he would see is a text file and not a nice looking form to print?
They get an attachment that is an XML file. I'm not sure if it opens up as the appropriate form or not, as my computer didn't parse it properly.
