Handle bar raisers did help me to a great extent by relieving the pressure from my shoulder during long rides.. but I suggest you to drive long and then decide if you need one...

I was routed here by your friend Loga who stays at Egmore and love Bird... I have ceptor myself and wonder review brother.. & just to add few more cons [according to me is]
1. City riding, Wearing short & riding this bike for more than 10KM will be big challenge. { Can feel engine heat}
2. Suspension -- Suspension is very stiff..
3. Mirror - Stock mirrors are not great. very laggy view behind and our shoulder peaks in.
4. Halogen lights

Yes - very truthful comments about top 5 positives and negatives of this bike - thanks you ..
In addition to above - (negatives) - below mentioned are also included -
6). Low head lamp light - we must need to add some additional lamps for good night ride
7). Heating issue during city traffic - but manageable -
8). Corrosion happening in chrome portions - impossible for daily wash with water - difficult to handle this problem .. need to spend extra time with good dry cloth for cleaning of bike without water -
9). Rider’s position also will be painful after some continuous ride - legs and buts.... but if we take descent break during long ride - this could be solvable -
10). No storage / keeping of any type of luggage over tank which results scratch / lines off course no one will do that -
For this - don’t think for tank covers and all...
11). Without changing of some taller backrest - risk for pillions / back seaters .. but manageable-
12). Horn switch - some times will create minor problem - but manageable ...
13). Blinking of petrol point indicator in meter during 3 to 4 liters availability of petrol - which results confusion - But ok -
14). Problem of Foot rest for pillions / back seaters - but manageable
15). Must to change the seat in to good touring seat or must to alter the existing seat - otherwise u won’t be able to drive after 100 kms or 2 hours of continuous drive -
16). For off road - not recommendable - no descent suspensions related -
But we can manage all above negative points if we plan properly - no problem at all....
BUT THIS BIKE - OVERALL EXCELLENT and manageable and PERFECT - I LOVED my 4500 kms plus drive (mark 2 INT...) till date - in 4 months -
My Positives about this bike -
Power,
appearance ,
long drive,
continuous cruising speed of 100 kms per hour in highways,
Time saving daily driving experience in city traffic during peak hours ,
Braking technology,
All faces changes in to this bike while driving and especially in red signals ....
Etc.,
I WILL RECOMMEND THIS BIKE TO ALL- in 3.3 to 3.6 L range-

If you can manage the weight na go for it pa.. yes heating irukkum but you can manage by wearing jeans and boots.... My advice take a long test drive within the city and then decide
