Its just insane how EVERY thing she says hits me in the funny bone... Im cracking up so much I have to keep going back to catch things I missed while laughing
@@GGoAwayy Right?! I had to keep pausing the video to laugh. Tig doesn’t have a schtick or a formulaic rhythm to her comedy-whether it’s in the moment (like this show) or written (like her stand-up). Now, an expected rhythm or formula can be great comedy. But my point is that I’m blown away by the fact that her comedy is always unique and somehow it still manages to hit every single time. Hell, her most famous comedy show was improvised and centered entirely around some of the most traumatic and consequential life events that a person can endure. Tig never misses. And if someone doesn’t know who she is, I am so pumped to point them to her comedy.
I love that Tig approaches LOLI with the same chill air and deadpan comedy as she approaches anything else I’ve seen her on, but she always finds a spot to mention that she adores Jon, just in case anyone gets it twisted haha. (ETA: Todd seems pretty cool too!!)
2 things: One: Someone needs to "Timey-Wimey" a way to get Reno and Shaw on the same show. And Two: I can easily picture Tig at conventions over the next 30 years STILL not knowing anything about Star Trek.
I can't quite tell if Tig is so antagonistic to Jon because Jon is so mean to lesbians, or if Jon is mean to lesbians because they treat him the way Tig does? What I'm saying is I need competing flashback segments where we see Jon's version of events where the lesbians wronged him in the past, then the same scene again from the lesbians' point of view. Between this and Kara Swisher I don't know how many more awkwardly tense for no reason interviews I can handle. I hope peace talks begin soon, even if Lovett must give up land east of the Dnipro.
The idea that Tig shows up to a set and commits absolutely no passion to the content of the program kills me. That's an actor for the paycheck baby lol.
The right answer to "how do you feel about the spore drive?" is to spit in disgust at the writer who read about trees communicating through fungus and decided to make it canon that outer space has a hidden sublayer of fungus.
@@shadebug I'd have been fine if theyd kept it within field theory and described that space as a new field or something. And made it look different. But they made it a rainforest of fungus instead. It just felt ridiculous.
Tig is the definition of chaotic good
I cheered when I heard Lovett introduce Tig Notaro. She didn’t disappoint for a second. Tig’s comedy is always perfect.

This is a trainwreck in the best way. Tears in my eyes from laughter. I had to put my head down and compose myself.
Stashwick was awesome in ST:Picard.
It takes a good actor to make you despise and love him all within one season
Tig continues to be perfection. Todd continues to be DEVILISHLY HANDSOME.
Loved this! Tig is an icon and Todd kept right up with the ridiculousness, so funny!
Tig Notaro treats Lovett with what I can only describe as "fond antagonism."
I enjoyed the Cliff Richard reference ("We Don't Talk Anymore")
This was a delight!!
This was an 11/10, it was a 10/10 but then Tig went in on John not having any socks on.
Tig is 100% the best. Can she come back every week?
Tig just stirring up some trouble!!!
Tig! 💓
I just love Tig. The best! 😂
Where is this filmed, and can I come to a show?
We tape at Dynasty Typewriter in LA! Tickets are available at crooked.com/events/

Hi
💜
That's a lot of ankle touching for YT. I'm shocked it's allowed!

Lesbians are the natural predators to gays.
Absolutely love the phrase "awkwardly tense for no reason interviews"
Just walk away. The smartest move is not to play.
Season 3 does rule

Something's gotta be in subspace, might as well be fungus

@@GGoAwayy sure, but life in sub space has been a thing since TNG
@@shadebug Life but not as we know it
😆
Is she tipsy?
