Thank you for this video man. I have made a lot of builds on studio and wanted to make the renders of the builds more ‘lively’. I also want to learn lego animation in the future, but everything on it’s time😅. thank you tommy.
I have no idea how blender works, but I'd suggest changing where the sourse of light is because Ash is directly in front of the fire so should have some kind of silhouetting effect yet he looks like he's completely front lit like there's some huge light source directly in front of him
Is soo hard to find tutorial like this this is the only one i found for making images😊. I love the rig add on, i would love to see a step by step for the blender part the lighting, shading part etc.. cause this was like a fast video😅 i made it this far
Made it to the end. ;) Great walkthrough! I used Blender ages ago, but I've been thinking about getting back into it lately. I just don't know when I'd have the time. So much going on!
@@bixbricks5599 Try making content appealing to many viewers. Have good quality and try to make you're videos so everyone can enjoy. You could also mention you're channel and what you do on different videos and ask people to give their opinion on it. But only do it a few times because it won't be good if people see you everywhere trying to promote you're channel. Hope this was a bit helpful.
This is awesome! I have been watching your videos since the Hogwarts Express video, and I really hope you reach 1k soon, you deserve it! I started using Mecabricks and blender to render my lego back a few months ago but I found (after about a month of frustration) that you don't have to keep adjusting textures in Photoshop to get the position right, but you can import custom textures into Mecabricks by clicking on the part manager (or just look up a tutorial) and it lets you download the templates for the lego parts so you can make sure it is aligned right. Also, I found that if you want to avoid your renders looking blocky and the edges are too sharp, you can go into Blender before you render, press "a" to select all and press the object button (top left) and look for the button that says "shade smooth" and then it will smooth the edges, looking more realistic. Keep up the good content, I can't wait for the instructions of the Ford Anglia because I am definitely going to build it! I hope you reach 1k soon!
I Know you can and if I'm honest if I was to remake this video I would tell people to make there custom prints in meca as its so much nicer then importing them in to blender without getting a nasty outline!
Thanks for kind word about reaching 1k I'm 4 subs of it atm so I'm hoping to hit it very soon I'm working on 2 big things (not for 1k just in general) so will be making a video in it soon!

hey tommyc? my mecabricks lite zip file is not working idk why but rn the blender is 2.93.2 and its just not adding and for some reason everyone elses zip says mecabricks zip and mine says blender.zip and its weird. once im in blender and i go to edit property and addon it dosnt show up and now i have been struggling for the past 2 hours now and im also sooo confused can you help?.
This would look 10x better if you just added some finger print marks on the textures, and it isn’t even that hard. You just need to get some black and white fingerprint textures and some grunge textures too. Then import those images into the material part of the head or torso. Then use a mix mode set to colour then just plug the end part of the mix into a colour ramp and plug that into the principled bsdf roughness part. After that just move the sliders of the colour ramp and you don’t even need to install any plugin.
Cool! I think your very talented, keep it up!!!
i think i have found the greatest youtuber, kind, makes good content, likes lego, plus makes tutorials on some things he does. amazing, clap it up.
Thank you so much :)
This is really helpful way for me to be making LEGO pictures! I’d probably will do the Blender Method just so then I can learn Blender 😂
Asian Studios that’s a good strategy:)
How’d it go?
Wow, just wow! This looks amazing!! Thank you for sharing this with us, this is gold! I'll for sure try out and make some mocs on blender.

How do you import custom mini figs
Thanks for the helpful video! Also, is that little big planet music in the background?
Just got a couple of the Harry Potter CMF 2 figures. Ginny and Moaning Myrtle.
Myrtle is one of the best figs of S2

Did I miss the part when you import into blender? When I open blender, i dont have the .zmbx option in import.
