Haas CNC Mill Tool Setup and Loading - Clark Magnet High School SSP

Lesson topics include identification of the parts of the CAT40 tool holder, proper holding techniques, installation of tools into endmill holders, drill chucks, and ER collet chucks, changing inserts on a shell mill, and loading tools into the machine spindle. This instructional video was developed by Clark Magnet High School in Glendale, California as part of the Specialized Secondary Program funded by the California Department of Education, and is made available for other schools to use in their instructional programs.
