Hi, as a New Zealand based PPL fixed wing pilot for over25 years, I decided to learn to fly a Cabri G2 3 months ago and loving the transition. Your videos are great and I have just subscribed and ordered your study guide. Keep up the great tutorials as they are invaluable!

I appreciate and enjoyed this video. I appreciate the content provided by Helicopter Online Ground School both here as well as in my subscription. A blessed Thanksgiving to you and the entire crew at HOGS, as well as the guests on your video, today.

Hey @kennykeller/hogs I got to say this video just helped me already. It is good to know that we are all human and perfection is not what is expected of a person that is still learning and trying to get a rotary cert/rating /license. This is a huge stress relief to me as I tend to over think things and get out of my comfort zone in what I fell is a hi pressure area and if I just relax and just do what I know I'm more than capable of doing I learn better and retain things better. Thank you again for taking us on a informative step to get us up in the air and big shout out to Chris for the ride in this video and of course to sweet aviation for supplying a great helicopter and 10 tips.

I took my check ride at 61 years old. I'm pretty detailed oriented. Every single one of these ten tips are spot on and even being and Alfa type didn't make me immune to some of those pitfalls. Definitely a great video!

I had trouble with a windy crosswind on my 180 auto for commercial. These tips are great, wished I had them when I trained 👍🏼

Great video. However, the transfer of controls at the beginning was a little sloppy.

is it a violation of FAA Part 91 to speak slowly, clearly and in a normal voice? lol.
I can only figure out 50% of radio calls when pilots or ATC speak

It's 100°F at my airport right now. I'll be damned if I wear pants to a check.
