Our standard font is called "MS Gothic", which we used on the text "Lehigh Gorge Return" in this thumbnail. For the 425 road number, we used a photo of the side of the cab and selected the numbering in Photoshop. The Nickel Plate font on railfonts.com looks like a pretty close match for that.
