Never have I ever thought I’d be this addicted to watching someone road trip on RUclips. Views are spectacular.
Me toooo . Times have changed
Dito
me too
The views from the drone are insane! Definitely not unnecessary. Keep them coming 😁Great video as usual Ryan x
It's wild watching this guy travel through my home town.
These are full blown productions now, Ryan. Awesome job man, constantly evolving and improving!
Stunning views of Canada 🇨🇦 Not only are you sharing your van life travels you're giving us a Ryan Twomey cooking segment too 😋🍽 Love it 👌😍
Without washing in 4 days! Wow!!
It's very beautiful here you should visit!❤
Highly recommend getting some tyre puncture repair kits. I like the sausage and needle style kind. Here in Australia, they have saved me multiple times while driving offroad for long distances. The good kits come with glue and patch's also.
Yes, I can contest that here in Alaska they will save your ass.
Yes, I noticed the absence of a tire plug kit. Cheap, and very good to have. Also, why not save money, and rotate the more aggressively treaded wheels/tires to the front (the drive wheels)? The tread pattern on the rear of a FWD van is not important.
He mentioned early in the video that he was planning on getting a plug kit.
My Canadian husband and I have been watching your videos for 6 months now. We have sold the house and will be hitting the road ourselves. Perhaps when you are cooking in wilderness settings you consider exercising some bear safety when you have the doors open on your van. Have a great trip!
In reference to your Starlink setup, mount to to the roof of your can by using super magnets. Mount the Starlink panel flat on the roof. By using magnets for mounting you have the ability to remove the panel if you have to park your van in a bad area for any extended amount of time. (No it won’t come loose by driving down bumpy roads.
Your new toy is serving!!!! I appreciated the view even more when you gave us some drone shots! It sure added more to the experience that your audience came here to see ♥ I am so invested in this Alaska trip I can't wait
I'm a simple guy I click every time I see Ryan post a video :)
Bro same😂
Same lol
I always give him the thumbs-up before I even watch! I know it's going to be good 😄
Same
I do too. I must be a simple gal.
Your channel very much serves as a reminder to me to slow down and not just constantly consume fast paced content. It's lovely.
Love the drone shots! Also the nature ur driving through looks amazing!
I love how you are trying to make your burger healthier as you eat cheesy gravy fries... classic... love it. Great video
It’s the thought that counts 😂
He was swapping the calories from the burger to the fries. Even trade. Hahaha!
You are going to need a gas can. There is LONG stretches of vast nothing that are hundreds of miles long. At least get a couple of 5 gallon Jerry cans aka Metal Gas Tank Can.
When I lived in Calgary it didn’t cost anything to park at Lake Louise. Times have really changed.
I've been to Lake Louis, Baniff, Jasper all twice, they are great places to visit. :)
When I used to live on an Island, we used lemon grass to keep mosquito's away. The kicker is, not everyone like the smell but it's another option.
The drone footage was fabulous!
Drone montage was NECESSARY! It is B-E-A-Utiful!!
This guy is such a gentleman and he’s so wise for his age
I think he said he was 29 or smh
You need to go to Montreal(Quebec) to taste the best Poutine ever!!
Agreed! The original and REAL poutine, where it’s pronounced Poo-tin. Not poo-teen. At least Ryan found proper curds, and didn’t use mozzarella like down here. 👍🏻
@@billh03903 but the sauce look so gross!! its supposed to be more darker brown than this, but still a good start!
Wow as soon as I started making dinner too , gonna be a good night
Been watching for a little while now (from Cape Town, South Africa), and I'm really enjoying your journey. Will try to make it over there one day to visit some these beautiful destinations you are showing us. Keep well, thanks again.
I don't know if other people have mentioned it or not, but two of my favorite youtubers are camping channels in Canada. Foresty Forest and Camping with Steve. I now get to watch three people camp and cook in Canada. The drone montage in particular remided me of Foresty, please keep doing them!
#Yesthis!
Drone shots are never unnecessary, sir. Keep them coming!! So beautiful there! I'm extremely jealous!.
Drone footage has really added another level to your videos!
I can't wait for this series. Thanks for posting every day. It brings a more immersive experience for your watchers. Awesome 👌 👏 👍
Was laying down late night a month back and you appeared on my feed. Now you and your adventure are a part of my families daily routine. Don’t stop at Alaska!
Mate, you definitely have the best van channel.
Completely real, no BS, what you see is what you get and I appreciate that! Keep up the great content 👍
Your right those Rocky Mountains are awesome. We live in Colorado and I thought the mountains here were big, but..realized there not. Love being able to see what you’ve been seeing. Thanks for letting us all hang out some.
Beautiful scenery, great looking food and a longer video...Perfect and one of my favorites!❤
MAN I love your videos, I’ve wanted to convert a van for a while now and when I get the finances I’m GOING TO DO IT, all becuase of you good sir, I truly appreciate you sharing your life with us.
You do make good videos and your meals are always mouth watering...thanks for making them so well! Looks like you are getting a lot out of your new drone which helps see the area better. Take care!
Thanks Ryan, enjoyed it. Look forward to following along on your trip.
Had to binge watch from the start since last Friday, very very cool stuff man, you’re doing literally what most of us, including me, want to do!!! Learning a lot from you, this is on my bucket list for sure. !!
LOVE how you know how to cook well. My husband loves to cook and it's obvious you enjoy cooking yourself up a great meal.
Thanks for all the beautiful moments/landscape captured-shared. Safe travels always...✌
THANK YOU FOR GOING HERE! im so glad you get to share this beauitful location.
I’ve been to Canada multiple times but always on the east half… Montreal, Quebec and Nova Scotia… omg the landscape and scenery you are traveling through is absolutely breathtaking.
Am from Montreal, it is a great city being ruined by French Quebec language politics once again. Bill-96 ! Vancouver BC is amazing !
nothing compared to out west, makes NS look like a shithole
@@stephenarvay857 I just got home from Montreal. Some crackhead on a bike stole my car key out of a parking attendant hut. That was an expensive locksmith visit. :(
@@davidminutella Sucks, do you have US Plates on the vehicle ?
I have been once in Banff, Iceland parkway, Jasper area and the scenery there was breathtaking and insane. Thanks for showing the scenery again and refresh my memory. The poutine that you made looks so tasty and shiny. Haha you got perfect 10!!!!
Yay!!!! Just got notification and immediately logged in to watch! So excited to see new video.
Wow how beautiful. Thank you for sharing. Safe travels Ryan.
I just recently found your youtube channel and i am slowly falling in love with your content! Please keep doing you and being the most positive person you can be!
Awesome video. Glad you’re enjoying Canada, too. Maybe this will open up a whole new world of possibilities for future trips around Canada. Looking forward to the next one brother✌️
I just love your videos!! Everything you do is very necessary!!!! Cant wait to see more views from the drone!!
LOVE your videos! They just keep getting better and better!! Gracias!
I was in Banff/Lake Louise less than 2 weeks ago and you’re right when you say the camera serves it no justice! Truly unbelievable
Great video, including the montage at the end. The views were perfect. Thanks.
I enjoy so much seeing your video, love your content, keep it up!!!
Great video Ryan! I passed you yesterday at Dawson Creek. I just finished the Alaskan Hwy. Another part of the drive that’s outstanding is from Fort Nelson up to the Liard River Hot Springs Provincial Park. You will go by Muncho Lake which is an awesome colour. The big mountains and big valleys are spectacular. Make sure you stop in Canadian Tire store in Whitehorse. They have everything you need for your trip. Tire repair kits and make sure you get an electronic bug zapper. Like a tennis racquet that zaps the bugs. They will find a way in your van. Enjoy!!!
stumbled on your channel a few days ago. love it, keep up the great work from a fellow Marylander
Awesome drone shots ! So beautiful there!
Thanks for sharing I enjoy watching your videos Everytime you drop you inspire me and motivate me everyday!
Loved the video as always and the drone shots made it so much better...😊 take care!
You r a good guy and a very positive role model!!!! Keep doing what you do!!!!! I’m 52 and find that you have a lot of wisdom!!!!!
those drone shots brought a whole new level to your videos. nice going!
Love to see it Ryan! Been watching since 100k, keep it up man!
Great views of the mountains
Beautiful drone footage is never unnecessary, thanks for sharing natures brilliance!
absolutely love the drone shots
Love all the drone footage!!!
Thank you for your kind comments about Canada..take the route leading to British Columbia on your way back to USA...enjoyed your video
Love and support as usual. Love the vids
Hi Ryan,
Glad you’re enjoying our beautiful Province of Alberta🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Another amazing drive is the Sea to Sky highway from Vancouver to Whistler British Columbia, you go from sea level up into the heart of the rocky mountains. Such gorgeous views.
Found this channel a few weeks back and went back to the start of this trip after watching the last cross country series, these episodes have definitely been my favourite as you picked up the drone (which I base my content from) so I enjoy the drone footage and I’m actually Canadian as well and live in Nova Scotia now but I lived in the rockies for quite some time in Grande Cache Alberta, so stoked on these episodes 👍🏻 keep killing it man
BEAutiful! Wish you coulda spent more time at Lake Louise, but at least you got to see it if only for a couple of hours.
Love this road trip!
Such a nice blend of traveling , cooking, sightseeing
Those vans are surprisingly capable for just being fwd. i drove a 2018 promaster 3500ext. I regularly delivered to rail yards in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, and Minnesota. Signs clearly stated only 4x4 pickups allowed on the mud and gravel roads to their main repair buildings. I had cooper all terrains on the front tires, I’d just keep my speed 15-20mph and never had an issue. I go to off-road parks and own lifted jeeps so I know off-road. Even delivering to farms in Iowa with mud and gravel roads requiring high clearance vehicles, i was just careful on the paths and never had an issue.
Your videos are awesome Ryan. Beautiful scenery ❤
That scenery is amazing It almost really looks like a priceless painting
After watching your chicken wing video, I must insist to mention I believe an air fryer would change your life, endless uses, not messy, doesn’t emit much heat! Also maybe a video idea :)
Dude, so close to 250K Subs, way to go Ryan! Thanks for the great content!
Hi Ryan I’m a new subscriber. Came across your channel and love it. Your videos are amazing. And the view with the drone is incredible I love the view. You did a fantastic job on the van as well. I wish you all the best. Good luck on your journey enjoy it.
I cant do the winters anymore, but i love to follow your journey as i was born and raised in alaska, just left 3 years ago. its cool seeing your trip!
Love love love your van and channel 💕✨☘️
My grandma's sister lives up in Canada and she said that the views are absolutely beautiful. And when you did your video I actually seen the beautiful views that Canada has an offer
Great video!! It gets even better and not so many people. Enjoy. 🇨🇦
the power of positivity! love the message. I liked that you didnt panic and settle for the hours of waiting for that road to re-open. Glad you had the presence of mind to find that alternate route by simply asking about possible detours. this journey through Alberta is nice.
I recall my own trip back in 90s when i was young. We took the US I-5 along the westcoast up to Surrey, BC then traveled to Edmonton from there. That was a nice drive. there were lakes and mountains too. But there was this rest area with an amazing view. Felt like cascading visuals from a lake, forest, and mountains. Thanks for bring back them memories of mine. it just brings me back...
much enjoyed, I live in Calgary, always nice to see our beautiful landscape through some eleses perspective, I hope you enjoy your travels through stunning scenery and a safe journey to Alaska. PS, your a great cook!!
I also love the footage from the drone, it really makes me feel like I'm there !! 👍
Finally caught up on all your videos! Keep ‘em coming bro!
Camped at Lake Louise years ago at the end of June, at got snowed on. We were in a tent too. Fun times!
I love the new drone footage! Safe travels
thank you for your videos!! Love from Brazil!!
GOOD EATS!!!....Ryan is a man with GREAT! appetite. LOL! @ when shower head detached and fell off, then the spice jar. "When it all falls down" should be the title of this vlog LOL! Thank you! Ryan for those beautiful overhead drone shots. Just lovely. Be safe always.
STUNNING JUST STUNNING Great throw with your axe too
I get so excited waiting for his videos. Yay, I want a van or a school bus.
Please keep us updated on the wild fires...be safe!!!😘
Love the drone footage!!
Love watching Ryan and his travels.
Ryan keep it up dude! Your vibes are just what I need.
Love the new drone footage it’s a nice touch to the videos
This Gets A Fabulous And Another Fabulous!!! Love Your Channel. It's My #1. Greetings From San Diego.🌴 Thank You!! Take Care!!
Love the drone shots
NICE Ryan!!! The drone footage adds a whole new dimension to your movies. Adding some pretty drone footage is NEVER overkill. I'm familiar with the Canadian landscape from following other Canadian van lifers (Foresty Forest). You might try to reach out to him for a meet and greet. He's the best! Anyway, I'll be following you all the way!! Stay safe and healthy. So far, you are making smart decisions and making good choices! I'm glad you realize how vulnerable you can be up there out in the middle of nowhere.
Technology is so dope, love the idea that you can be in an area so remote that you get no cell reception for hours while you're driving but can pull over set up starlink and be 100% connected with solid speeds, enough to game, upload, imessage, facetime all of that. I saw a guy put one on his boat and cruised out dropped anchor and was connected. It'll be nice when they can get it down pat so well that you can be constantly moving and still be connected. Not that you'd really need it yourself but if you have a mini yacht and are traveling to like hawaii from LA you can be kicked back playing COD to pass the time lol
Yea so excited love your vidoes Ryan!!!
The video was fantastic. Going to Alaska is on my bucket list.
What a great video, the drone shots blew me away.
