I really like Van Gogh. She is so versatile imo. While her support abilities are not yet as good as they could be because there aren't many crit-based foreigners (others than herself), she can still buff Summer BB to oblivion and back. She can also be a reliable DPS alone or with Skadi. The best thing about Van Gogh tho is double Van Gogh. Using 2 Van Gogh is really not as easy as you have to work on juggling curses between the two servants for ideal usage. That being said, she is such a rewarding servant to learn how to use. Is she a must-have? no, she is a servant you build around at this point rather than a versatile support. Is she a fun servant to use? Hell yeah! Especially if you like crit servants.
I would like to say Van Gogh is easily one of the stronger crit supports in the game like Himiko and sherlock but is even a better dps than both of them, tho most of her damage comes from np stacking. My favorite part about her is the targeted star absorb which is huge for lots of servants.
