Hello Martin, thank you for your comment but I would like to make correction here, not all houses in Rwanda are expensive we have houses of different levels including for the average Rwandan, so if you want the affordable prices just tell us what kind of house you want, then you believe what I'm saying. The average American cannot afford a house in some of the wealthiest parts of Los Angeles County, CA. What is your point? Free market dynamics will always affect the poor, no matter which country it is! Are these lands to never increase in value because poor people exist in the country? How can the country continue to grow and appreciate in value if so? Don’t worry about the average African, we have lots of land in inheritance. Africans who own a home of any size actually OWN the rights to the house and to the land...unlike here in the United States where nobody owns NOTHING and everyone is paying for a ‘Mortgage’ (to the death).
