Absolutely correct! I’d prefer simpler, less ornate style with quality appliances, cabinetry and fixtures. The doors and windows were nice but less is more. A bit of technology/home automation would have been cool too.

All he added was accessories like lighting, nice furniture ect which are things anybody can do if they have a great designer and good taste. I am more interested in where the house is located, is there constant water and electricity as well as internet 24/7, how far from town and is it properly built, no mold issues. Everything else we can get on Wayfair.
