It looks like an Airbnb property with the pool, its a nice addition for hot weather.
I did some research and was told in Tanzania you are not allowed to rent a place unless you have a resident, student permit etc...check with the official in whatever country your looking to reside. Check Airbnbs and Lodges are considered, okay. The last thing anyone wants is an officer knocking at your door.
A LOT OF misinformation on your post. Just think about it, how did Tiffany Banner and Melanin migration manage to rent those beautiful homes in Tanzania?
You can rent it but you need to have letters from chairman in the street signature it and one copy for you and one copy for the chairman of that street.
As far as I’ve been told by locals/guides, a foreigner cannot buy on the mainland. You’ll have to purchase through or with a local 60/40. But you can rent. A foreigner can buy and rent outright in Zanzibar.

I've been planning on making my move 2 the motherland but I hear so many stories of scamming and the issue with consistent working electricity,amongst others things as well.Maybe it has 2 do were u reside
The best thing is to visit first your country of interest and get a feel of it ,that's the best way.People have different experiences.
