Wowww! So impressive🙌🏽...I walk a minimum of 1.5 to 2.5 hours daily. I have lost a total of 12kg in just under 3 months. Best thing I ever did for my body👌🏽

I'm way ahead of the game...for 5 years I walked 2 miles to and from work everyday. Now being unemployed during the pandemic I just did 34 miles this week. I usually walk a minimum of 7 miles every 2 or 3 days
Hello Rick, I too am your age but I wish to know 10 k steps is around how many kms.? Difficult to count steps while enjoying the walk. I don't have any gadget or mobile on me then. Thank you!
@@farokhnaegamvala1707 Hello. 10000 steps = 8 kilometres or 5 miles. If you have an I phone the health app has a step meter which automatically records your steps each day. Walking is a great way to exercise without injury.

I have a doubt,, blood pressure of over 135 plus is considered as high, when a person with normal blood pressure walks it goes up may be above 135 , and if a normal healthy person whose job involves walking then he will having high bp most of time, how can it be healthy then??

I have just returned from the gym. My goal is always 9 minutes per kilometer. Today I managed 5km in 44 minutes. I am 58 & have exercised all my life.
I’m 57 and retired. I walk 2hrs daily. Yesterday I had to catch a flight.
I walked to the airport. 2hrs 45min.

I’m 36 & I am a dog walker so I hope my heart is healthy. I struggle with PVC’s which are skipped heart beats or an extra beat.
