Painting with Charcoal - Forest Landscape

In this forest landscape in charcoal we're going to talk about some of the less conventional ways of applying charcoal.
I used willow charcoal, charcoal powder and Master's Touch charcoal pencils on a Fabriano drawing paper.

Beautiful, as always...
I've been meaning to ask you, do you use any fixative on your drawings once you're finished? I find it alters the drawing too much and I don't know how to preserve these very fragile charcoal drawings...

@@vincentgagnieux5624 I use a lot of fixative with charcoal because I don't really see any change in the appearance of the artwork. Pastels on the other hand are a different story.
