Another wonderful insight. Don’t be put off by your critics. This opportunity you have to be bold will inevitably attract criticism because she is so young. But you are managing to do something unique that we have not seen someone do yet in mapping out her technical progression. I’ve been watching reactions for several years and I don’t think anyone approaches it this professionally- thank you.
The first video has Angelina in the same room and with the same musicians, as her rehearsal for "Summertime" on Norway's Got Talent. No doubt "At Last" was being considered being sung for the competition. The second video, with Egil Clausen on guitar, is certainly a later video. Egil started playing for Angelina a few weeks after she won NGT. The third video, gives us our first clue Angelina is a fan of football (soccer) and now she will be the singing voice for the 2026 World Cup.
I have watched every rehearsal video I can find of Angelina and the one thing that stands out, for all of them, is this. The actual stage performance is always much better than the rehearsal. Being on a stage seems to put her on another level, in her own mind, that place she goes to when she's really in the song.
It’s interesting with Angelina. At any age, she so consistently does things perfectly, the only thing you notice are slight imperfections that would go completely unnoticed if it was anyone else, including seasoned professionals.
The other video from this room was apparently done at the same day: they all wear the same clothes, just Angelina got rid of her pink sweater in the other one.

She is 18 years old today, so who knows what will happen in the next year or so. She is an amazing artist that will leave a permanent mark in the music history. I believe that. She wasn't 7 in any of these, but about 8.5, as they were all after her NGT performances, which can be seen by the fact that both her permanent upper incisors are mostly growth our in all of these videos.
I had to closely check her teeth on the first rehearsal, NGT Summertime, and Gloomy Sunday and I come to the conclusion that.... you made a good observation. This may even be after June 3rd 2014. concert of "What a Difference a Day Made"

The first “At Last” rehearsal was for Norway’s Got Talent. They were probably in that room because it was the only place they were given to use for that venue. No, she didn’t sing this for the contest, but they probably hadn’t decided which ones yet to perform. If you remember at the rehearsal, she started to sing the second verse of Summertime, but had to omit it because of the time restraints. In this one, notice how she begins to loosen up toward the end by adding more volume and the hand and arm gestures. So adorable! Thanks, Aron!
As you surely know, singing in a conference room, auditorium, or stadium that's empty but for you and your guitar accompanist won't inspire your best performance. Audiences not only give you a reason to step up to your "A game," but also provide energy for your performance by their reaction. I'm certain that every one of these rehearsals was far less impressive than the performance that followed. Nonetheless, it's awesome to hear an eight-year-old (or whatever she was) sing like she does here.
That's a very strong possibilty bordering on almost certainty. Same age, same room, same musicians as in the summertime rehearsal, and the guy to Angelina's right is the one who played the trumpet on NGT final
Just dont forget Aaron that that thats what a rehersal is for ,to work out the kinks and develop her nuances and vocal intotnatiin,vebrato etc not criticizing your critique just saying she wirking her iwn mistakes out.Never very many real performances after eight years old where you will find a mistake in her live performance.Ive watched years if her performances and im just in awe if her musical knowledge.Thank you for your in depth study of her voice😊

These very early rehearsals are interesting in terms of the improvements in such a short time. But PLEASE by any means take the time and react to the performance of "At last" at the Orkla Growth Award Gala Nov. 11th, 2014 (=8yo). There is a rehearsal video with three takes /8min. long) and a video from the gala that evening, which together are simply stunning (and unfortunately cannot be found in this database). Thanks again for the explanation of the nuances and difficulties that highlight the scale of her talent. I do have one request though; I understand that you know much about the study of music, and it is second nature, but you lose me when you use the lesser-known music jargon, as when you speak of 'major and minor scales', and 'intonation'. So please just be aware of this. I know there is only so much you can do but thank you in advance for anything you can do. It would be even more enjoyable to understand what you are meaning. Thank you both. I'm analyzing her for two reasons: 1. Because she is a modern day Mozart. Because this is the making of something magical. And because showing and understanding her PROGRESSION is very important. And understanding her imperfections and the dedication to the art she put in even at such a young age is amazing 2) Because many of her die hard fans have told me that they LOVE IT and want more and appreciate hearing a jazz musician's perspective

She may be early 9 in the last one in the stadium, but each was older than the one before.
You can judge her age by how her front teeth are grown in.
