👍👍 you are doing a great job. I love chevron drive but the road there is bad. A relative of mine wants to buy house, 5bedroom fully detached duplex, he likes Lekki. I will tell him to contact you.
I have watched similar videos just like yours of a south Korean neighborhood, I gotta tell you we have work to do. It's not just to build house, it's also the road, the side walks, uniformity of the buildings, and zero tolerance for street hawking, cleanliness, no Mallam selling sweets and cigarettes in front of the gates either. These things create a safe environment and also makes the neighborhood upscale.
@MajorBison I agree 100%!!! Those little raggety kiosks and bukas in front of prime buildings, and as you said street hawkers etc, are just major eye sores, majot turnoffs. Nigerians don't seem to notice them. They just forcus on the buildings beyond that gates. They build credible, sometimes beautiful buildings, but don't care one iota what's outside their gates. We realize that small businesses like the bukas are good for the economy. They sustain moms and pops. But locate them in sectioned off neighborhood markets, and pass a law against street kiosks. The government also needs to build paid parking garages every 10 blocks or so. Well done, Tolu. Not trying to say anything bad about the video,. We are just trying to say that we can do better in Nigeria. We need to get away from the mindset of viewing mediocrity as something majestic.
@@tunxlaw And it needn't be at all! The moms and pops little enterprises can be moved somewhere else, away from the streets and gates of "exclusive neighborhoods", and they could be arranged to look better. Every city in the world has mom and pops businesses, small businesses. But the city authorities have guidelines where they can be located. Nigerians just thrive in chaos, honestly. Even the people who have some certain level of class just don't care, as long as the chaos is not inside their walled compounds.
Before nko. A serious governor seriously need to clean up Lagos, unnecessary Hawkinsg and side walk market and unnecessary fences etc.. all not needed. Just turning the city into a joke .
Kudos to aunty Tolu 👍👍♥️. The environment is beautiful and seren but Chevron's road is bad. Moreover, the wooden kiosks by the road side should be cleared away. Shopping complex should be built for them.
Problem is that in so many parts of Lagos (and Nigeria), the so-called “power” is not the only (if at all) the issue, but the impunity and general lawlessness of the so-called “masses” and general citizenry.

Not impressed! Shabby estates, untarred roads. I can't understand why continuous estates continue to make the same mistake, over and over again! Even as Nigerians travel all over the world reach, they still can't replicate what they see overseas in their own country! Bewildering!!!!

This is the most crowded of all the new neighbourhoods I have seen in Lagos, not looking good at all😥
If only the roads were nice it will be more attractive
I subscribed because you beautiful ❤️😻
Good effort by you but Nigeria factors on environmental sanitation is our major problem.
Thank You
The music needs to be changed. It turns me off all the time when I'm watching your videos.
Beautiful Estate with bad roads Chuckup with so many irrelevant Items selling
Hello how r u
beautiful houses but bad roads 🤔
Even in the supposedly “nice” parts of Lagos, roadside stalls and wheelbarrow vendors still manage to ghetto-rize the environment.
what have you done to make Nigeria bette?? and am not talking about complaining all the time.
