Really found this video enlightening! The blend of ancient Stoic wisdom with practical, modern-day advice strikes a perfect balance. It's a refreshing reminder that despite the centuries between us and Marcus Aurelius, the core human struggles remain similar. What resonated with me the most is the idea of embracing challenges as opportunities for growth. It's a simple yet powerful mindset shift that I'm excited to apply in my life. Thanks for sharing these gems of wisdom!
1. Understand who you are 2. Understand that certain things are unchangeable. Focus on what you can change. Treat urself with kindness. Master the responses 3. Focus on things that matter to you 4. I truly enjoy your videos on Stoicism, I always had doubt in myself. The heavy critic bugs in my brains made me feel…unsure of who I am and what I should do with myself. I live a messy life, and when I found your channel in 2024. It is saying that I can still forge my path with the tips you gave, I can finally achieve that inner peace.
Thank you for sharing your experience with me. It's completely normal to have doubts and feel unsure at times, especially when dealing with the heavy critic bugs in our brains. I'm glad to hear that my videos on Stoicism have been helpful for you in finding some guidance and tips to forge your own path towards inner peace. Remember, it's a journey and it's okay to have a messy life - what matters is that you're taking steps towards a more fulfilling and peaceful existence. Keep going
Self-reflection can indeed be a challenging process, but it's also a valuable one for personal growth. What insights or realizations have you gained through your self-reflection, and how do you plan to use them in your life moving forward?
Self reflection is very important, but if you start blaming yourself for your weaknesses and hating yourself it's not growth. It's self pity. Sadly I do that more often than not. But I am also aware of my strengths, I have grown beautifully and I know just like I did, many people did and do too, everyday 😊❤
Stoicism has lived in me my entire life, thank you for helping me to rise within its teachings. A bit late, but the question is would I have been ready earlier at a younger age. Thank you for setting me free
I'm glad to hear that Stoicism has had such a positive impact on your life. It's never too late to embrace its teachings, and the fact that you're open to it now is what truly matters.
I believe in myself today. Three things i had a think on whilst I was setting up a small thing a hobby i am learning. My Mother, im am very fortunate to have someone like her, dedicated as she could be, never gave up and her sense of ethnics (perhaps to a fault sometimes though had great responsibility) My home area,. My Home town is kind of considered one of those places affordable for lower classes and working class, though to me the roads are easy to navigate and wide that traffic flows well, has a great deal more open parks, reserves than most others and close enough to between the city and more semi rural hills its not much travel to get to places from the rolling hills for a nice drive to beaches or one long beach that really i take for granted. Third, have the luck to have a life growing up in a society that valued making a place safe, fair and very reasonable as a place that was worth the effort to make that environment. I know nothing else though i now can understand much more over time it's importance. Something i would like to see how i can maintain in that regard as best for those in future too

This was a powerful message about confidence. Yes, confidence is a mindset. My values are fueled by my genuine beliefs. I think your actions should coincide with your beliefs. You're right. We can't dictate others' actions, but we can be someone to help steer them in the right direction and encourage them on the right path. When I can help people and be a source of strength for them, it takes my focus off the negativity I encounter. At the same time, it helps build my confidence that I could encourage someone to be their best. That's so true what we think shapes are thoughts. Each challenge helps you grow, and you always learn something from it. Growing in humility and having gratitude are key points. I am grateful for you and this channel!! @3:35. Yes! This is the revelation I had in my spirit about so many different kinds of battles in my life that I seemed to have lost. Strategy! I need to start turning more to God for His Wisdom (strategy) on how to handle a matter! I love this! Excellent. I feel as if I just found a key to open all the doors. It was right there, but I just wasn’t listening.🎉

I’ve had many strange dreams that I’ve come to realize are experiences that get trapped in our memory , get distorted , and they affect our self-image . And that subconsciously affects how we perceive ourselves and what confidences or doubts about ourselves that result from it. But dreaming serves to bring them to our conscious mind so that they can be analyzed and removed, or correctly interpreted. This is part of ptsd and is what psychology calls catherization.
