- How To Fix EA App Not Connecting Issues & Can't login errors
In this video, I will be showing you ways to fix connection issues and log in issues in the EA app. If you are using the EA App launcher to play one of your games such as Fifa 23 or Need for Speed Unbound, then you may be getting connection errors such as; can't connect, ea login not working, can't login online in ea app, getting stuck on the ea app loading screen, unable to connect to ea servers in the app, can't connect to ea.com in the app, or getting stuck on a sign in loop.
Whatever the issue there can be many causes for the EA app not connecting or signing you in, so by following the steps in this video you will hopefully be back in the app in no time at all, to enjoy your games.

After trying all the steps in video, theres only one that really helped me. Uninstall the EA app and never play any EA games again

I'm having trouble to start the Jedi Fallen Order cause of the app, which last time I played was long time ago. But what's curious is that I don't remember to ever needed to install EA app when I played it before...
The problem is not your connection/network. But the EA APP IS TRASH!

The first option you suggested allowed the app to open, but it was in a broken state. The second option fixed it. I've never had it break til now, I remember the good old days before the ea app.
I remember the good old days where the DRM Layers of games were straight up disabled for EA Titles on Steam.
So now can you connect with ea sports in fifa 19

These idiots made me download their app instead of the Origin app, 2 minutes into it I was already experiencing a bug. thx so much
It's freaking ridiculous. When it was still Origin. It worked. 90% of the time it would work without fail. But now I'm lucky if it 'connects' 20% of the time. It's a joke that anyone should have to jump through hoops to make it work. This is why Steam will always dominate the digital game marketplace. And honestly it's almost criminal that games I paid for can't be accessed now.

How broke a launcher must be that if you check keep me signed in after first login, you won't be able to do anything next time.

Unfixable for me. EA app doesn't start at all anymore. I uninstalled my EA games and removed the app. EA support is non-existent.
I will be boycotting EA again, like I did years ago. I will not buy EA games anymore for the foreseeable future. I will start obtaining the games I purchased in other ways. Ways that do not require the EA App bloatware. My Mass Effect Legendary Edition download is already running.
From now on, all my EA games will be for free. I want to thank EA for showing their true face once more. Thank you for the reminder.

i hate the EA app so much, i just bought the new Jedi survivor game and within 2 days of playing it the EA app breaks and after going through all of these fixes I'm still unable to play my game. Why can't EA just let me play my game through steam.........
Clearing the dns cache on the computer worked. All you have to do is turn your modem off and on once before cleaning it. thanks

Adding BK in after Electronic Arts in appdata and unticking keep me sign in worked for me.

if none of these things dont work for you, you should do a manual aapp update. Go to the EA desktop folder and look for EA updater, open it, wait for it to do its thing and it should solve the "couldn't connect to servers" issue

OK guys finally I found the solution to fix log in errors. You have to change your regional format of your computer to English(US). btw thanks this channel!
TURN OFF „KEEP ME SIGNED IN” !!!! nothing in this video helped me until i saw a comment that said that you have to turn off the „keep me signed in” option😮😮😂

the command prompt did it for me.. but only after updating windows (which I hate doing) and the app, and going through all my network settings on my desktop and router, and clearing the cache dozens of times between attempts, and about an hour worth of other crap. All to get the app running and not have access to my games somehow. Thanks EA. Im done, your games are not worth the storage space anymore if I cant even play them without hours of tech support

Here a tip:
Install the ea app from browser uninstall the older one then log in with steam account
If none of this works try Uninstalling the app and reinstalling that's what finally fixed it for me.

Thank you! The renaming the Electronic ArtsBK-thingy made it work for me. I had some weird connection issues with the app before that. Do you have any idea what could be causing this? Just out of curiousity.

EA App is a buggy mess, they should have kept the old launcher, I always find problem with this. Miss the old days where games where actually owned without a DRM in the middle.

I have a really weird problem, My computer is working with internet im watching this with it right now. But my computer says "Not Connected" and it Messes up my EA. my steam, BSG, and browsers work fine but EA cant connect when it says its not connected even though it is working but not "connected"

none of this tips worked for me, i still cant access ea app, its always appearing EC:10000. I cant even enter the app to clear the cache. Can someone help me pls😢? The EA bot told me that the problem was not the app, but my pc. I dont know nothing about this things, can someone help me pls?

gotta love how I had to fight to get origin back, they patch it to no longer make it usuable at all, I install ea app, its not even functional in the slightest
the fun fact is that by looking this video and dont touch a single thing the maj did it alone with the real speed of my connection

I had to turn off my VPN's web protection mode to access EA's site. Guess EA doesn't like my computer being secure. Is there any reason to NOT hate EA?
...I don't have an ethernet at all...I mostly use wifi for the connection aside from the ethernet modem itself
The BK one worked for me once, then when I closed out of the app I tried it again later and it didn’t work.
