I love my i20N. Truly a "Swiss Army Knife" of the car world. Does pretty much everything and fantastic fun to drive in lots of different situations. One minute it's a part-time van, then next a family shopping trolley and next a track weapon. Amazing. Lots of smiles per mile.
It's a shame that recent Euro safety regulations mean you have to turn off so many of the 'safety' systems each time you start the car. It's a bit like a pre-flight check...

😁 Lane assyst... The thing EURO NCAP wants every car to have (with other "assistance systems") for one of the 5 stars and yet, nobody i know or have ever talked to about, feels safe with.
I know of several occasions with people i know, where the drivers had to overpower lane assysts to avoid a crash (myself included). So i am fully with you on that topic.

Love mine (Australia ) but very very rare here now . The books have closed as the order que is 2 years (apprx) . Ex Suzuki Swift Sport Enthusiasts. Going to an 'N" day at Willowbank Raceway after a cruise in two weeks. . Love how other N cars flash their lights and give you a wave

I have a mk8 st and my brother has a i20n while I do like the i20n it seems a bit mehh compared to the st, granted I’ve modified my st but the i20b just doesn’t really feel as ready to go or as fun as the fiesta, plus from most reviews I’ve seen off the line the i20n is better but the extra torque on the fiesta soon reels it in
Fair enough. I think most stock cars can’t stand up to something modded. But stock VS stock… i20n has more character in my opinion!

What height are you, 5 . 3 or are you just sat low in the seats. Does the car come with a CVT gearbox ?
No CVT available. Only a 6MT.

Hell yeah ,,, I’ve an i20N currently at sea being shipped in and on it’s way to me now to the dealers , it’s definitely the best out of the small hot hatches,, the fiesta ST and polo GTi look far too tame 😎👍

Mine is built and chassis numbered I'm told 1 more week I doubt that likely cpl of weeks at best 👌 dragon red black roof and bose fully loaded

@@SHETALKSCARS I agree. But there will be a facelifted i20N which is set to be unveiled in a few months time.
I hope Hyundai Romania will confirm it for their market. I know for sure the normal i20 facelift will be available in Romania, but not sure if the N version will come there.

I guess so. Can pick up an older st for around 15k compared to this at 25k so a no brainer..also has the livlier engine and is more fun on a backroad. Not to mention more tuneable.
i own one since december , this car is awesome but rev hang is annoying imo

I've owned mine for 6 weeks now and I have hardly noticed the rev hang at all. Either Hyundai have updated the engine mapping or it's just my driving style. I only noticed it briefly a couple of times - typically very fast gear changes at 6500+ RPM.... 🤷♂
Shame it doesn’t come in an automatic
Naaa it has to be manual for a proper driving experience
If you want an automatic, get a Volkswagen Polo GTi.
